Changed to LINCARE because I now need an oxygen concentrator who also has offices in Florida. They all are the best. Very pleasant, courteous, informative and just all round wanting to make my experience great. It was more than just great. I have my concentrator ready for tonight with a brand new cpap machine (that does everything I need). I have never had someone explain one on one everything I needed to know. So very happy I’m with LINCARE!

I haven't had any issues with this company to speak of the office is very nice and the people that come out are very nice too.

I have had a bad experience with them also. I got out of the hospital on January 27th. I called them as soon as I left the hospital. It 2:10 to set up a new patient oxygen. They never showed up. At 6 pm I called them again and I was told by someone called Lexi or Tracy that I wasn't their only client. Which I was making sure that they would be there Saturday. Well they ended up calling and coming Sunday, late afternoon. I told the person coming out that I could not give them a good review

I'm dreaming with a nice voice good service great delivery he always calls me when he's coming very friendly brings what I need never disappointed import very important they have the right service when you're dealing with oxygen

I am not happy with the Milan office. They say one thing and it's not true. My husband has to have a bi-pap machine which we budgeted our income monthly. The Respiratory therapist paid a visit while I wasn't home. She added more equipment. When I called and talked to her 2 days later, she said no additional charge. Well that was a lie. Our insurance was billed and now we have an additional charge on our bill. So I called the office and it was supposed to be taken off. Well that's not true. Worst company.

CPAP issues so went to office. No relief, the machine is getting noisey, and keeping us up at night. Usage is going down. Issue with the humidifier. Dr office has sent in notes, but no response. Office i went to is no longer listed.

Been trying to get new by pap machine for my husband since November 2018. Husband tired of calling and getting no response. Maybe now you will call back with info on a new machine since I put a complaint on Facebook. Never had this trouble before. Maybe should try O.E Meyer

It is operated by very incompetent staff that will over charge you then want to say that you didn't pay so definitely keep your receipts
