These people basically stole $300 some dollars from us. We ordered a wheel for our Harley and they took payment right away. It's been 2 years and we don't have the wheel nor will they respond to emails for phone calls. In the beginning the were good about communicating to us about back orders etc. But now it's complete ghost. It's really sad that people run a business this way. The least they could do is give us our money back. Needless to say it was a hard lesson learned. Be very careful if you choose to give this place your business. Hell maybe they aren't in business anymore. It wouldn't surprise me. Karma is a real thing and some day it will catch up to them.

I have used Mozaic for years when buying parts for my 17 FLHTK. They have always had the best prices, had a loyalty program where you earn back discounts - and have always (in the past) been responsive and available. Calls promptly answered (in the past) - emails quickly replied to (in the past). I LOVE these guys!I ordered a part (handlebars) back in May 2021. Was told it is back ordered - so I have been very patient understanding that supply chain for parts are fundamentally broken.Its now almost October and the past two weeks I have been curious as to the status of my order (oh and I want to order more parts (rear shocks) too!)Ive been calling - only getting voicemail and no call back. All of my emails - and there have been many of them - go unanswered. All I want now are my handlebars or a refund. It's tragic that a once great company now either seems to have gone under (??) - are ghosting customers - (??) or are having problems so bad that they are unable to communicate.I want this company to succeed, they've been awesome in the past. I also know times are tough (staffing shortage, supply chain, etc - THANKS COVID!) - but there has to be some follow up and accountability to customer inquiries. I hope to get a call back or email back soon - then can and WILL update my review appropriately.

I ordered a part that was on back order and up until 6 weeks ago they were responsive on details. Now I can not get a response to phone call or email. M and M Cycles and Mosaic are the same people. Do not trust with your money or motorcycle. Took a chance after the owner Mark passed and left my bike for winter storage and repairs. After over 6 months I finally got my bike back and THEY DIDN’T FIX ANYTHING. Returned the bike with NO OIL. Only reason the leaks appeared fixed was because there was no oil to leak. Won’t return phone calls or perform the repairs I already paid for. They were supposed to fix pulsing front brakes, oil leaks, headlight short and check engine light. Nothing is fixed. I ordered exhaust at a really good price almost 2 months ago from these guys. I received a message saying that the exhaust was backordered and that I would get it June 21st (2 week's ago). Since then I can't get a hold of anyone over there. I have emailed them a bunch of times just looking for an update, I've tried calling three different numbers that I have for them and all I get is voicemail. I have left a bunch of messages. I haven't gotten any calls back. I tried Facebook messenger and they read my messages and never replied.I can understand things get backordered, but not keeping the customers that have already paid informed is wrong. In the meantime I've paid them over $500 and still have no update on when my order is coming and I can't get a hold of them at all!Service: Delivery

Wish I could give a good review based solely on experience...But I called half a dozen times through the week, left 2 voicemails and an email requesting a quote for a specific item... Nothing.So, based entirely on my dealings and experience I've had with them so far... 1-star. ??♂️

Please read return policy carefully. You pay shipping back to Mozaic and you pay a 20% restocking fee if the product is not defective. The air cleaner I bought for $377 (good price) was advertised and pictured as red. The air cleaner is actually a very metallic reddish purple. I paid $20 to ship it back and was refunded $302. So, it cost be $95 to return a product that was not what it was expected to be. It was done with a God Bless, though?

Stumbled across this site when searching for parts to put on my 13 street glide. The prices they have are some of the lowest i have seen on items! I was able to buy the parts i needed and even some that i didn't, but i had extra $$ in my budget so i was able to get thanks to Mozaic! I have bought from them twice now and the shipping has been Very fast. Highly recommend taking a look through their inventory and seeing if the part you want, or even didnt know you wanted, is available. Will be back for more soon! Thank you again.

I've ordered 7 different times from them over the past 2-3 years. To me it's the best place to go if you know exactly what you want, their prices are usually the best. Plus they have a loyalty program in addition to low prices and free shipping over $150. My last order was 2 items placed on a Sunday night, one item arrived Tuesday, the second on Wednesday. I've always received my orders within a few days and I've never had an issue with something not being in stock when they say it is. I would highly recommend.
