The free air will just let air out of your tire instead of inflating it and the staff isn't willing to help just stood around after I asked for them to either put air in it for me or to change the air hose

Short notice had a tire blowout. Bill said he had the tires in stock and could get me in today which was great because I have to work. Knowledgeable staff and mechanics saved me money and time. I will be back. Thank you !

Be careful with their coupons. Zero mention of needing to be a member to receive pricing, yet they force you to be a member in the store if you want to use the coupon. Otherwise, prices are about the same as everyone else. Feels a bit dishonest and deceptive, and they won't be getting my business due to lack of transparency and trust.

Spent 4-5 thousand on repairs for them to skip simple checks and leave me stranded at an intersection. Then told me they couldn’t fix a abs sensor and it 100% to go to the dealer so I took it home and found they reversed the wires and used quick disconnects. Also had to call them for updates to find out my car was just sitting there and no one decided to call me or update me that it was just sitting waiting to be picked up. Completely disappointed and won’t be returning and I advise people to stay away.

Best service for my van. They fixed my tire in 20 min. Even when real busy. Now I am getting all new struts and bushings today a big job but great price with my AAA discount. Trained technicians always fix my van there with a fair deal and quality parts.

Do not use this place for major work!!! After 2 weeks with my car, 2 separate repairs totaling $2500. they still couldn't get the car running. I finally had to have them tow it to my normal garage. When the car first broke down, AAA pushed me to this service center, and I agreed against my better judgment. AAA has good roadside assistance, but unless all you need is a new battery or wiper blades, don't use their service centers for more difficult work
UPDATE 2/21/21
After talking to AAA Member Relations team, I was promised a call back after I explained the circumstances. After 4 days and 2 more calls, they still wouldn’t return my call. I then emailed the response from this site. The same thing, they promised me an email back in a couple of days. Still have not heard back from them even though I emailed again. So obviously I’m not going to get any satisfaction from AAA or Bob Summerall. But we have logged a call and had our AAA membership cancelled when it is up in a couple months. Found out my State Farm insurance offers me the same Roadside assistance and towing I was paying AAA. I am now working on all my family and friends who have State Farm to drop their AAA memberships. I learned a hard lesson from these 2 companies
Update 3/12/25
After another month, AAA finally refunded half my money back to me. So I would still stay away from this vendor for serious work, but I will recommend AAA again since they did make good on their portion

Had an appointment at Milford location at 4pm yesterday (10/24) to fix a tire leak. Got there at 4pm, after waiting 10 minutes in lobby someone came out to inform me that they couldn't work me in because they were very busy. Person said they tried to call me but couldn't get hold of me and never left a message. There was only one car in a 8-10 bays and I only saw two techs working, Drove 20 minutes for this appointment!

I'll give them 2 stars because they got us in quickly but the service was lacking. Had two mower tires put on and they charged full car tire price (never seen that anywhere) even though they don't even get balanced. They also didn't put valve stem caps on even though again I paid full mounting cost. Tires were completely flat so all they did was bead them. Next time we'll just do it ourselves. Won't be back to this location, Maineville is our go to and never would have had to deal with this there. They take good care of our 9 vehicles and 3 trailers.

Okay, I'm gonna make this as short and detailed as possible. Do not take your vehicle here!!!!! First I will start. I have a Chrysler Pacifica when I drive. I can tell something was majorly wrong with my front right end when I go over 50 miles an hour. I can feel it in my tire. It felt like it was going to fall off. And made a weird vibration. I just bought new tires. So I made sure that there was no knots. Or anything on them? Everything was good. My dad lives in Florida and was sick. And I needed to go down. I have four children under 10 So obviously I wanted to make sure it was safe. I took it here to Bob's in Milford. I dropped it off in after a couple hours. They called and said that they're technician Drove it several times and cannot hear what I was hearing. Nor feel anything they said they got under the car and examined everything and that there's no indications of anything. The technician and the service manager. At the time, his name was Tim came to tell me this and I said there's no way. There's something not wrong. It is so noticeable. That if somebody rides in my passenger seat and I haven't told them anything. They look at me and say what's that? You better get that looked at. So the service manager looked at me and said yes, whatever you're explaining to me, it's not what it should be sounding like in something, maybe wrong. Things that make you go hmm right? So he said well, but I'm look at it again and that I can come back in a couple hours. I came back and I guess the same technician drove it again and said they couldn't find anything. I told them that I have to drive it to Florida. And that I don't feel safe. And they insisted that there was nothing wrong. But if I found something, I could bring it back. Long story short? It was my ball joint as I was driving with all those children. Guess what happened, right? The wheel came off.! How did you guys have my car and vehicle for 6 hours and not fell this or know? Okay, whatever human error I just won't use you guys anymore. This is where it kinda gets into another problem. I had a battery replaced 2 years ago. When triple-a came out and put the batteries in.
A couple weeks ago I want to start. My vehicle in the battery was dead. I Call triple-a and they said that I needed to take it up to Bob's location. Unfortunately, that you took care of triple-a battery stuff now. I went up there. They pulled up my phone number. And name and told me they could not find anything of me getting a battery there. He pretty much told me. There's nothing that they can do even though the battery says trip away on it. And it has a sticker of when it expires so on and so forth. He said the problem could be is that I Bought it off of somebody else. And then the battery wouldn't have a warranty. Because of course, it wasn't the original owner even though my car's been in there several times right? I even suggested it has a scanner for the u. PC number on it or the numbers to track the battery. And he said that they're not expensive enough for the company to track them. Of course, I said that doesn't make sense. You have to do inventory. There has to be some way. He told me. I could buy another $300 battery if I choose to. I then said. Why should I have to pay $300 for new battery? When I bought this from you guys and it's under warranty. Another gentleman came out and he looked in a different system and low and behold, he found it. He told me that sometimes the technicians don't think about going into another system. Pretty much problem solving. He said that my battery is under warranty until November. He installed a new one and I went on my way. Mind you, this is the only battery that I have gotten in 2 years. 2 weeks later, my battery. Was that again. I had it at the dealership. They tested the alternator regulator and other electric components. And told me that the only thing that they have found is that the battery is dead. It had a bad cell. So I went

Very simple, poor review!
I have called this place four times in the last two days and haven’t been able to talk to anyone! I purchased 4 new tires (($900.00) last fall and am trying to schedule an alignment.
Are they even still open?
Think twice before going there!
