The initial consultation was thoughtful and expert, and I asked my insurance company to select Caliper Collision as their advice and plan was excellent. They provided advice on car rental, but were very quick with the repair. There was significant body work, new parts and paint required. When I picked it up, the work was stellar. Great communication and top notch results on my 2024 Grand Highlander!

This was a great place. My car looks new again after the repair - So now I don't have to look at the damage done when somebody backed into my car! Everything looks great. It was done sooner than I expected, Customer service was great and repair work top notch.
I'll definitely use Caliber in Milford OH again and recommend them to all my friends.

Unfortunately we have had to use the Mitchell location on several occasions. Anytime we have been there, they are extremely professional and love the communication keeping us updated always on the progress of the repairs. Even with their extreme workload, they have always gotten us in right away and had the cars completed earlier than promised. If we have ever needed to pick up another part that was Delayed in delivery, they would either come to the house or let us stop by and put it on immediately.
I cannot thank them for their expertise and kindness enough and would Never take our cars anywhere else!!! The repair men (sorry, I’m terrible with names, but I think it was Randy and Ryan or Allen) but thank you again so much! I will try to get my paperwork out and give the correct names as I truly appreciate all you did for us!!

From start to finish this team is an A team!!
Started with getting help from Shawna, scheduling to review my repair and their schedule wasn’t far out. The review for my repair was quick and easy. I forget the man’s name, but he came out and took pictures of the damage and sent me a quote shortly after that, within promised time. Only a couple- few days after getting my quote I turned my little truck in, received my rental, and was kept updated often on the progress of my vehicle. Within promised time, I was notified my vehicle was finished and upon picking it up, you could only imagine it looked like the damage was never there! AND they detail cleaned the outside of my truck. This was so great- due to fresh paint, I can’t go through a wash for 90 days.- Above and beyond!! This team did amazing - through and through!! I’m so grateful! Thank you guys so much!! 5 star!!!
