“We’ve had three repair jobs at Caliber Collision in Milford, OH, and they have all been excellent experiences. Two major repairs on a GV60, and one minor mirror replacement with door damage on a Hyundai Santa Fe Hybrid. Brittany and the crew there are very pleasant and know their craft. They are great at keeping you informed throughout the entire process through almost daily updates by text. I wouldn’t consider bringing our vehicles anywhere else. We have Allstate insurance, and they are their preferred repair shop, and under other circumstances that might mean an inferior or poor repair, BUT that’s not ever been the case with our friends at Caliber in Milford. We would recommend them to anyone, friends, family or strangers!

“Met with Wayne mid day Friday as he was jam packed with customers. Told him I had a problem with my aftermarket trunk on my Tesla. Tesla themselves couldn’t help me, the autozone next door tried their best but referred me to come over. Gave Wayne the rundown that my trunk wouldn’t close and I had to go to Chicago in less than 48 hours. He stopped what he was doing and helped me out. Turns out my trunk latch was just misaligned and needed to be tightened and it worked instantly. Made my entire day. Didn’t even ask for anything in return either. Great people here.”

“When my wife Betty spotted that the gas was at $3.38/gallon she had me turn around and go get my gas then. Because Speedway, Krogers and UDF was at $3.75/gallon. And I had to wait maybe 2 minutes to get to a pump and I bought $25.00 worth of gas, which gave me a full tank from a quarter of a tank of gas.”

“Fastest oil change I've ever had! Pulled in. Within 5 minutes I was done pulling out. Friendly service. As for cost, it was good! Better than other oil change places. If you currently price oil and filters from auto parts places the cost was basically $20-$30 more than buying and doing it yourself. So yea I'll go there again. It's worth it to me.”
