We are so happy with our move to Big Agency. From day one, everyone has been quick to respond, helpful and a great source of knowledge for any and all questions we had during the transition. Not only were they able to save us a TON of money but they bundled all of our policies and added benefits that we were lacking, in order to better protect our property. When it came time to renew my business insurance, Kady was incredibly helpful, responsive, and knowledgeable. It can be challenging to find someone in the insurance industry who is both skilled and consistently available, but Kady exceeded all expectations. She was always willing to take a call and assist with any insurance-related questions or concerns. Her dedication and professionalism truly set her apart—she’s a valuable asset and provides top-tier service.

I recently switched and Carrie was very patient to answer questions and suggest coverage that I did not have previously. She endorsed Erie Insurance as a really good carrier as it was new to me. Carrie called me in the evening to discuss the process of binding insurance, payment methods and how the timing of switching coverage. Also, I received a great value. My renters insurance offered quite a bit more coverage for a much lower price than I was paying with my previous carrier.

We love our insurance agent Melissa! She was flexible to meet with us and discuss options for the types of coverage that we were looking for and clearly answered the questions that we had. She also sends out periodic communication with articles we may find interesting and reminders to review our policy before it is time to renew.
We love BIG because they will shop around to several insurance companies to find the best options for our family's needs to find the most affordable coverage and then present us with options to choose from. We love having an insurance agency that is local, with well-informed professionals who truly care about our needs, and (something important to us) a Dave Ramsey Endorsed Local Provider.
