My wife & I were in the market for 2 new bikes. We are neophytes & Eric was very helpful & patient as we test rode a few different models. Eric helped us get our bike carrier on the back of our car and got the bikes set up for the Thule carrier that we also bought. I would highly recommend Bishop's and, in particular, Eric if you are in the market!

I was a dollar short on getting my pedal innstalled .. i bought a crank and they said it was suppose to be there by last friday it didnt get there until today and i was never notified so i came in got it and im a new to riding bikes thought i would he able to take the pedal off woth the tools i had .. which i couldn't so i walked back in there and talkednto the guy and told him hey man im a customer of yours in a pinch i need to get on home yoy guys were suppose to already have my part last week. He refused to let me sllide on the one dollar and when i asked to speak to a manager He refused to get one for me abd told me that i can take me and my trump nhat annd leave that i would t be getting any service with that hat on.

My customer buying experience was superb: Carl, Andrew, and Eric were all so knowledgeable and fit my bike to me for my likes/dislikes; Carl was so patient and helped me with many questions. Great bunch of staff! Will definitely recommend! :)

These guys are thieves. Overpriced junk. Apparently they sandwich a 3 day “bike” return policy in between a normal 30 day return policy.

The best. Been going here since I was a kid. The smell takes me back to when I was a child. I would run up and down the ramp and dream about my new bike while my dad was getting his tune up. Never go anywhere else. This place is top notch!

I was in the market for a gravel bike and was helped by Eric who was knowledgeable and courteous although I made a purchase elsewhere I wouldn’t hesitate buying from Bishop’s in the future. Highly recommend based on helpful and friendly staff.

They are not interested in up selling you into their bikes, but are bike snobs and will insult your bike if it's not up to their expectations. When I dropped my older bike off for service, I said I wanted whatever they suggested to make it functional. Needed tires, tubes, and brakes were dragging. I was told their top service (description was appealing to me for what I wanted) was too much for my bikes value. When I went to pick up after I received text it was ready to go, I was told it really needed $100 more service to make it shift good. Then I was told my bike was "clapped out" and wasn't worth it. So unless you're a professional rider, they don't want to sell you an upgrade bike nor do they want to waste their time servicing your current bike to your request.
