Abdal assisted me in activating my Boost account, transferring from AT&T. He was great! Professional, helpful, knowledgeable and very kind. Definitely recommend!

I had TracFone and bought an unlocked phone and I tried for three days to get it working to no avail. I walked into this store by chance to see if they could help me and they worked with me on price and got my phone in service within minutes. I would absolutely recommend this store to anyone. The guy working was very friendly and just all around helpful.

I wish zero stars was an option! I've been lied to by customer service at every single turn.1st I was told to purchase a SIM card from a store and that I could activate it online with chat support to get the $10 a month deal. THAT WAS LIE #1,Then when activating online, they made me pay $15 for a physical SIM card that I already purchased and told me my plan would be $15 a month and that they couldn't honor the $10 a month plan. THAT WAS LIE #2!When activating my SIM card they took all my PERSONAL INFORMATION, including my account PIN for my mobile account through another carrier in order to submit a number port request. WHICH I VERIFIED WITH MY CURRENT CARRIER THEY NEVER GOT! That was LIE #3!I WILL NEVER, EVER, EVER, GIVE MY BUSINESS TO BOOST!

A joke of a store. Ali sells junk phones that freeze while trying to use it. So go to return the phone after having it for one day and he wants to give me half of what I paid for the phone. Beware and avoid at all cost

Long time customer here to address Taylor's concern this is a store that sells the service plans and phones, customer service is provided by boost corporate, this is the most honest phone store that doesn't upcharge you unlike metro, and cricket.
