“Recently took my vehicle to Gerber after a car accident. They were so easy to work with through the insurance company and did a fantastic job. My car looks like new again. Customer service was great, they explained things well, car was finished before the promised date, and I'm pretty sure they have a paint magician in the back.”

“Kind, caring and goes past the extra mile to help. I have never heard of a shop where they have someone friendly to once you drop your vehicle off take you to home or work and then come back to pick you up to get your vehicle. Highly recommend Ulmers, you are treated like family.”

“The guys that came by were beyond great. Professional gentlemen - good at their job. Punctual and quick with the replacement. They were funny and personally too. Have to give them a shout out when shout outs are deserved so this 5⭐️ rating goes to my guys Rob - Micheal B - and Austin. Great job guys! Definitely will be using Mel’s services if I’m ever so “unlucky” to have another windshield crack.”

They were able to come to my house and replace the rear glass that was shattered. I hope you don't have to fix your car, but if you do, I definitively recommend them.Service: Auto glass repair”

“I had a great experience from beginning to end. Before choosing them for my insurance claim repair, I stopped by to meet them and ask questions about the damage and a few other things. They were super helpful and kind. Pam was especially fantastic through the whole process getting everything set up and dealing with issues from the insurance company and having to make changes. Service was fast - parts came quick and repairs were done fast! This was completely an opposite experience from a repair I had done a couple years ago at a different body shop. I'm thankful for that!”

“I have nothing but GREAT things to say about Glass America. The folks I spoke with on the phone were very accommodating and kind. And the technician Matt, was super friendly and quick. He gave detailed instructions on the after care of the windshield. Thank you so much for your help! (He was also very sweet to my dog which goes a long way with me). ?”

“I've used Gerber a couple of times, always a great experience. Staff is friendly and helpful (thank you, Kelly S.). The estimators are skilled and accurate. Just a note because they are good, they are busy. They may not be able to get to your repair right away. If you can wait, it's worth the wait.”
