“I had a great experience from beginning to end. Before choosing them for my insurance claim repair, I stopped by to meet them and ask questions about the damage and a few other things. They were super helpful and kind. Pam was especially fantastic through the whole process getting everything set up and dealing with issues from the insurance company and having to make changes. Service was fast - parts came quick and repairs were done fast! This was completely an opposite experience from a repair I had done a couple years ago at a different body shop. I'm thankful for that!”

“I had my vehicle repaired after hitting a deer. This location was able to fit me in quickly. The workmanship was on point using all new plastic clips and propper hardware. I had a few questions and one small issue about the windshield replacement. This issue was remedied on the spot by a supervisor. He made sure I was satisfied before I left. In this day and age it is hard to find quality work and customer service. For me, this is exactly what I received. Hopefully I don't have any more accidents, but if I do I will be returning to this location.”

“Recently took my vehicle to Gerber after a car accident. They were so easy to work with through the insurance company and did a fantastic job. My car looks like new again. Customer service was great, they explained things well, car was finished before the promised date, and I'm pretty sure they have a paint magician in the back.”
