We've been with Center Bank in Milford for years. Always friendly & helpful service! I've had no issues with our personal or business accounts here. Have also had things notarized for free as a customer. We left all our big business bank accounts because they didn't align with our values (they help fund oil pipelines in native land, etc.). We are more comfortable with a smaller bank that actually knows who my family is.

I've banked with CenterBank for 13 years. I have my business checking account, my home mortgage, my HELOC, as well as my credit card for my business through them. Employees have always been very friendly (except for one). The past 5 years have progressively worsened with regard to their responsiveness to my business needs. My loan officer does not return emails, is never available in the office, and I don't think has once over my 13-year relationship returned a voicemail. I can't run my business properly when I am unable to get timely communication and loan assistance. I alluded to the possibility of me searching elsewhere for my banking needs during my last 2 calls this week, which was met with nothing but apathy from those who answered the phone. Unfortunately, it looks like it's time to sever ties.8/24/23 In response to your reply to my above review...Just Wow! I actually called your office 3 different times. My specific loan officer who failed to respond to my email and who I previously called to speak to was again not available on that 3rd call. I asked if there was ANYBODY else then other than my prior loan officer who could help me with my business loan needs and I was answered unequivocally with a "NO"! When I suggested I probably should take my banking elsewhere, I was told apathetically, "OK, sorry to hear that. Have a great day." Then she hung up. I allowed several days to pass before writing my review, in the off chance she was passing the information on to somebody else who handles such matters. Sounds like you've got a significant amount of training to do regarding customer service and customer retention, as well as with educating staff regarding the people in your organization and the various services you offer. With regard to your own sincere customer service attempts, I'm just stunned that instead of picking up a phone and reaching out to me you (whoever you are) have given it the social media lip service response of giving the appearance of being concerned and customer focused, yet placing the burden upon me to call you. It looks like you're more interested in saving face than actually remedying the situation. Nice try!

horrible bank they get worse and worse, branch manager Angela Hawkins in milford be aware , all she does tell lies and is very incompentent doesnt understand customer service , i hope some day she can figure it out

Place Is poor management period I was with them when they first opened and continued to decline year after year missing up on deposits , managers doing nothing including Angela in milford , no call backs as promised no follow up , accepting closed debit cards as ach which is fraud on closed account that was closed for 10 days .stay away from this place I am calling ohio attorney General making a complaint with them also and the better business bureau as soon I get back in town and closing all accounts down

I have been with CenterBank for several years and always receive excellent customer service. The staff is very courteous and helpful. I would recommend this bank to anyone.

Wouldn't use this bank again if it was the only bank left in the world. Worst customer service and totally different rules about CD's from family that passes then all of the other banks. 3 other banks cashed out my parents CD's that were in a trust with no penalty except for them. Run away from banking with them. When you do get a call back they could use some work on being polite to a customer. So sorry my Dad ever did business with them. I NEVER will!

A colleague recommended Center Bank as a resource for a Paycheck Protection Program SBA loan recently, and I could not have been more impressed with how they handled things for me. They made the process extremely easy and seamless. Everyone I dealt with was professional and responsive, and I had funding in just a few days. I know other small business owners who applied before I did, and they still have not received funding. I'm now a firm believer that a smaller, local/regional bank is a much better option than a larger, national bank.
