Concord Woods used to be a great place over 6 years ago. New apartment manager and maintenance guy came in who is inept. Bad place to live. Never was late on rent and never had any complaints. But pure retaliation I'm not renewed my lease. I'm actually glad. Turned into a dump and plumping smells. Can't wait to get out of here!

I have lived here for 5 months now and I love it. The apartment was updated with new cabinets and new carpet so I love that. Its quiet and the neighbors have been nice. I only had a couple minor issues and the Maintenance guy Rick took care of it right away. The office manager Kim is super nice and professional.

I have lived here since November of 2023. I really enjoy it here. It’s quiet, and I’m looking forward to swimming in the pool this summer. I had some issues with appliances and they were quick to fix it immediately. I’m so thankful for that!

I have lived here over 7 years and really enjoy it. Maintenance issues are fixed quickly. The maintenance lead Rick is always helpful and provides great service. The property manager Kim is very responsive and professional. The grounds and pool are well kept. The neighborhood is safe and quiet. I would highly recommend.

I have lived here for 7 years, but I will be moving soon. Overall, I have very much enjoyed it here. The community is quiet, and most people are curteous and friendly. My apartment is spacious and comfortable. I have so many cabinets in my kitchen, it is great! I have never felt unsafe in my apartment complex. However, since the pandemic, things seem to be slipping. My rent was recently raised a ridiculous amount to "match market rent," and I got nothing out of it. No new paint, no carpet cleaning, nadda, no updates. So I'm paying as much as some of the "luxury apartments" for 20 year old carpet, a 50 year old bathtub, and ugly finishes. There are some new staff that are less than desirable, whom I really don't want in my apartment. The AC wall units are the absolute worst. It's either hot inside or it's freezing cold. There is no "happy medium." They are very loud, and they do not keep a consistent temperature. I often wake up sweating at night because (despite increasing the force) they just stop running when the temperature drops. The outside of the windows have never been cleaned. I live on ground level so they're absolutely filthy. Pluses and minuses to everything. If you can put up with some minor things you'll probably be happy here.

this post is for the manager Kim. our application was actually not approved, but Kim went above and beyond. I have been apartment shopping for a family member and it has been a terrible experience. no one wants to be helpful and that's if you can even get through to an office. overall most people i have dealt with are rude and truly do not want to be bothered. Kim was knowledgeable, friendly, helpful; she actually sat down with us and answered questions. She was willing to help and do her job, and she did it with integrity.I am very appreciative for her effort, it seems to be rare these days.

We have lived in Concord Woods 2x now and we love the amount of space these apartments have w/ washer & dryer connections! I think the price is the best bang for your buck, especially with current pricing I've seen at other complex's with smaller units. Maintenance was always quick to fix problems and we have had easy communication with Alex!

I have lived at CW for two years and it is a very nice apartment complex. Overall well maintained and clean, quiet. The rent is a little too pricey for the lack of amenities that is offered. Seems to be a constant switch in management and maintenance, making it hard to know who is in charge of what. Could use some updates to certain things.

They had bed bugs . Lived there 7 years. They will raise your rent every year buy 25 or 30 bucks. They use rubs billing for water look into before you sign the lease. Look you can think i am just disgruntled but i was evicted or anything. They are greedy and horrible.
