The associate talked way too much about uncomfortable topics like politics and addiction. Made the experience uncomfortable. Tip cup on the counter is very weird and I feel like isn't appropriate for a cricket store. This tipping culture is ridiculous.

This place sucks!!! Lisa messed up my phone twice. The clientele speaks volumes! Went in there one day and had to leave, reaked of pot! The manager feed me nothing but excuses.

I've used Cricket for 9 years now. Staff is wonderful and very helpful. Store is clean. I never have to wait long. And if there is ever an issue they take care of it right away. My only complaint is the price of cell phone cases and accessories, too much.

The cricket store on State route 28 is pretty awesome I had a young lady named Hannah who was very polite very professional I got into my phone and hit something I should have probably not I could not get back out of it however the young lady was awesome and so is the store so I suggest if you have any problems with a cricket phone visit the cricket store on 28th
