My 84 yr old mother has had no heat for three days because her auto-refill propane order was cancelled with no notice. Despite being told multiple times someone would be there shortly to rectify the situation, she still has no propane, no heat and no help. Unacceptable customer service.

We've had gas delivered twice so far since moving in and both times it was promptly delivered. I thought I had a gas leak today and called basically hysterical they talked me through all the precautions and had someone out within 40min to check and make sure we were ok. Great customer service! I appreciate that so much. Glad to do business with them.

The customer service at this company is the worst I have ever come across. I have had numerous issues with my propane tank (leaks, incorrect meter reading) and delivery issues (missed/late delivery for no reason, delivery then pushed out another week) and customer service says "oh well this is our policy". I understand policy comes from the top but the people actually communicating with customers are rude and completely unhelpful. I was once left for two weeks with no heat in the winter with two babies in the house, after I called the emergency line because my tank had a leak, all because customer service could not figure out how to schedule anything between them, the person who was supposed to come fix the tank, and the delivery drivers. I actually had to call the state attorney general to complain and only then did I get a delivery.On top of all that, their prices are higher than all other competitors. I am going to buy my own tank so I can get propane from the company with the best price and never use Ferrellgas again.

I cancelled my service with Ferrellgas. I was charged for fuel I did not order. I asked them to retrieve the fuel and then they charged me a pump out fee and labor costs.

Ferrell gas was supposed to put in a new gauge for me bc it’s been broken for two years? They promised to put a new one on in the summer but still haven’t seen anyone. It’s hard to tell how much gas is actually in there without a working gauge especially when I pay my rent for that tank?KBoh

Sitting on empty propane for 4 days. Best they can do is 2 weeks for delivery. Temps are in the teens and can't get any type of service. Told it's illegal to get a fill from any other company so we are stuck without heat for 2 weeks. Will be switching this spring and never coming back. Good riddance.

Wow what a rip off if u bring a tank to have it filled no matter how much is in the tank u get billed for a full tank been buying propane for 20 yrs from all over the country and this is a first
