I had a great experience getting my oil changed From the moment I arrived, the staff was friendly, professional, and efficient. They got my vehicle in quickly and explained everything clearly. Clean waiting area , fair pricing, honest communication, and fast service. I’ll definitely be coming back for my next service. Highly recommend!

Honestly great service. After working long day and serving 20 cars before me Jack and Zack the mechanic and manager at this establishment, were able to fix a hole in my tire before a big trip up to West Virginia and needing and understanding my since of urgency they were able to get me in and out quicker than imagined. Thank you this team for their support and I recommend them highly for any type of vehicle problems you may have. They will get it done for you. Thank you guys again! -Trinity

Made appointment for oil change at 10am. Asked if going to take a while Ill go home. They said, no. 12 noon rolled around and car not done. Not to mention, an elderly lady came in to get her headlight fixed and they said it was 13.00 for bulb and 83 to put it in?!?!? 109.00 to change out a light bulb. The rep then defended his price gauge by saying, "everyone's doing it!" I kid you not, typical sheep defense of criminal conduct. Both of us said definitely never going back here...

If you are in a bad situation, do not go to them they will not help you because it’s an hour from closing time and they do want to deal with it! They will come up with sorry excuses on why they can’t help you.

Terrible customer service. I scheduled an appointment for 11 am and I was notified that my car would be ready by 4 pm. I arrived at 3 and then was told that there would be another delay and that my car would not be ready until 5 pm which is their closing time.

Shop states... Full service shop.
I've been there 3x. They denied service and gave me excuses why they can't work on it. Misdiagnosed my vehicle, took it to my new shop on buckwheat. Nothing they said was right. Never will I take anything back to Firestone. Not what they used to be. Kids are working here. P*** poor service!
