My daughter was in an accident back in June and it took for ever for the opposing parties insurance to approve the claim. We had multiple dates to have her vehicle dropped off but something always came up with the other insurance company. Gerber was extremely helpful and completely went out of their way to let us know that it was OK. Once they were able to get the car in the shop they went above and beyond and what they should’ve done and I am very grateful for that.We we’re contacted every vehicle is ready for pick up on a Tuesday so we went to pick it up and that’s when we met the incredible manager Randy. He came out and said as we were pulling into the garage something just didn’t feel right so I’m sorry you drove all this way but I want to take another glance at it. He explained how he had three daughters of his own and he would not put our daughter in a vehicle that is not safe. On Thursday he called and said to come pick it up. I am very grateful for the entire crew as they took time to make sure my daughter’s vehicle is safe but I want to let it be known Randy is an amazing person!Service: Body & Trim

After another car hit mine, I had to wait three weeks to get an appointment at Gerber on Columbia Rd in Landen for an estimate. Then I was given two months more wait to get a repair date. After waiting all this time, I was called three days before the repair appointment to tell me the parts were not ordered, The manager had decided to require me to pay directly for the parts, and be responsible for any damage during shipping, or if the parts didn't fit properly. While waiting for my repair date, I also received notice from my insurance company that they were cancelling my claim because they never received any paperwork or estimate from the body shop I had listed on my claim form. A call to Gerber on Columbia Rd confirmed that they never sent the paperwork even though they told me they would. This is not the way to run a collision repair shop.

I had an appointment for an estimate at 11:00 a.m. I was in the area, so I called to ask if I could come in the next 15 min. The lady said absolutely no problem.I sat there and waited for a few minutes for the guy to come in off a phone call. When he walked through the front door the receptionist said he had an appointment. Without looking at me he said, oh is this my 11:00 a.m.? She's early, and I'm busy with other things. So rude and unprofessional. Will never be back

Stopped in without an appointment and seemed to be a real conudrum for them. Didn't get the feeling that they we're looking for my business. The boss was short with the receptionist who asked him about doing the estimate. No problem. Lots of other places to go.

Highly recommend this place, Gerber Collision fixed my car and it looks better than when I took it off of the car lot. Very satisfied and happy with the people and the job they did.

This place gave one estimate and than gave me another. First one 748. Second one 1148. Car was there a week. They didn't tell me up front they were scheduling out 2 weeks and their was going to be safety concerns. They never even got the b bumper off in a week. I just got my car back and took it elsewhere. What a waste of time. They wouldn't call back and tell what was going on until they emailed me and told me they couldn't get it in for 2 weeks.

After our accident we ended up at Gerber by sheer luck, and we are so grateful we did. They did an amazing job with the repairs and their customer service was outstanding. We will never go anywhere else.

Made an appointment online, showed up, and filled out paperwork. Secretary went out with me and took pictures of my vehicle. Talked to her about my issues. Never talked to the adjuster, they never saw my vehicle except for the pictures apparently. Gave me an estimate that didn’t cover all my damages, and didn’t include anything I talked to the secretary about. Got another 2 estimates that were double what they said it would cost. Not very professional in my opinion!

MKe sure you have an appointment for an estimate or you’ll be wasting your time stopping in.
