My son brought our Honda civic in for a oil change as I regularly do so I always buy the 3 oil change deal. Last week they tried to tell him that their was a issue with my engine leaking oil which was false and also stated that the battery that was replaced last wasn't cranking out the cold Amp and that I needed to replace it if this was true that means they sold me a bad battery from day one. I tried to workout this issue with Mr.Peck with no solution. This point I will never deal with a Jeff Wyler dealership again. Poor service and professionalism from Mr.Peck it is a shame that they tried to take advantage of my son because he doesn't know much about cars.i would like a copy of all of my invoices and a refund for my remaining two oil changes. Thanks and have a blessed day.

I bought a 2016 Kia Soul from Jeff Wyler Superior Kia in Cincinnati, OH and have only had for one month when the check engine light came on. I took it to the auto store and they hooked it up to the diagnostic and said it was the catalytic converter. We took it back to the dealership today for repair and they told us we had to pay over $4000!!! I paid almost $4000 for the extended warranty and they said they would not cover the repairs.I am very upset and confused. I thought that they were an honest dealership, and that they would do the right thing. They offered to put us in another car which would have actually create us taking a loss on the Kia we just bought. I intend on contacting the corporate office and praying that Mr. Wyler will be the kind of person that wants to be called honest and fair.

Tyrone was wonderful to deal with. I wish all their employees were like him. I drove 10hrs to purchase a 2018 Chrysler 300 Limited with very low miles (32,500 miles on the odometer). I was sold a extended warranty that I was told had zero deductible per incident, only to discover it was disappearing deductible if it was fixed at their dealership. They knew I was 10hrs. away. Very dishonest. After many phone calls and many people, I finally was able to cancel it and get my money back for the extended warranty. The dealership sent me away with tires that were not acceptable to me. One mismatched tire and 3 tires with cracks in the rubber because they were made in 2018.I finally noticed the oil change sticker on the windshield said oil was change 9 months earlier. The service department doesn't seem to put themselves in the customers position or have any attention to detail.Unfortunately I would not recommend this dealership, especially if you live a long way away from them.

3 months the Jeff Wyler body shop in Forest Park had my car. No communication with what was happening. They sent my car to tire discounters instead of the dealership as I requested. Their employees walked out so half of the work to my car didn't get addressed. They lost our check we signed over to them from the insurance. I have called corporate 3 times now and left voicemails no one will contact you. My GPS card in my maxima disappeared from inside my car in their possession they will not replace it. Now I am out another 400 dollars to replace it myself. There are scuffs all down the side of my car that were not there when it was dropped off to them. The headlight they replaced already has condinsation inside of it. I will never recommend Jeff Wyler to anyone. I purchased my Nissans from them but not any more I will find a better dealership to spend my money with.

We've had a terrible experience attempting to purchase a vehicle from the Jeff Wyler Automotive Family. We've been working to title a vehicle that was purchased from the dealership in Ft. Thomas, Kentucky and still haven't been able to register the vehicle in Indiana. We should have taken the hint of the poor customer service when we walked in the dealership and we had to go back into an office to find a salesperson to show us the vehicle we were interested in.After we thought we completed all the paperwork required to make the purchase we were contacted a month later to file additional paperwork. This delayed our ability to register the vehicle within 45 days from the date of purchase in Indiana and we have incurred additional late fees. They had no issues making sure the billing paperwork was filed as I received the first bill within the month. In response to the numerous voicemails and emails I've sent, I've been met with excuse after excuse. After the temporary tags expired the Ft. Thomas staff told me that new temporary tags would be overnighted to me. This didn't happen and we had to call again to get a runner to deliver tags. I've tried to get a tracking number for the paperwork that was supposed to be sent to Indiana BMV and they can't provide me this information because their system is down. As of writing this review, their system is still down. Jeff Wyler seems to be plagued with incompetency. This has been the worst experience purchasing a vehicle for me and my family, we feel helpless and taken advantage of. I have no record of the extended warranty that was negotiated. We've been driving around on temporary tags and we've been making payments on a vehicle that we apparently don't own. I will never purchase another vehicle from the Jeff Wyler Automotive Family and I would caution anyone on doing the same.

Steer clear of Jeff Wyler Hyundai on Mitchell Ave Cincinnati Ohio. I live out of state. Bought a car from Jeff Wyler. I made an appt at my states DMV office and bought my airline ticket. I have all of the paperwork I needed to get my tags and registration. Nobody. NOBODY told me about a third party company named "Vitu" that does your registration for you on your behalf. I do not want or need any third party company to do anything for me. Nobody explained this to me or asked me about it. If they had, I definitely would not have bought a car from there. I have no control over my taxes, registration or anything else. This company that I've never heard of literally has all of my information. I don't know where this company is located, what their track record is. What if they don't do what they are supposed to do? Then I will be the one stuck with no title and no registration. Not Vitu and not Jeff Wyler. Also I have personalized plates. The email from the finance person stated my plates would be mailed to my home out of state. WHY? Obviously I'm not there if a bought a car in Cincinnati. I let him know that I am keeping my personalized plates and somebody better fix this. Then I told the second person that I talked to that my temporary tags expire on July 4, 23. Her response was that she cannot guarantee that I will have my registration by then but I can put my current tags on my new car. I absolutely cannot do that. The tags would not match up with the cars. This has been THE most stressful car buying experience. Deceptive, sneaky, lying business practices. NEVER AGAIN!!!!!This is the second car I have bought out of state. The first time I took the documents to my home state and had my registration and tags in 30 minutes, now I have to wait 3-4 weeks with no guarantee that I will have them before my temporary tag expires? Absolutely insanely ridiculous. Just don't go there.

Brought back Nissan to Eastgate for supposedly quick recall repair - moving on over 5 weeks and still no repair. Delay after delay with no sense of urgency. Fourth Nissan I've purchased and after this experience - never again.

Company is a fraud. They tried adding a warranty to my deal stating "I HAD TO TAKE THE WARRANTY TO MAKE THE DEAL WORK"!You asked in the response what dealership but I can’t reply. It was Superior Kia on Mitchell. Per my request for time and travel Dennis Smith gave me $115 gift card and “coached” the employee.

I wouldn’t send anyone to any of your dealerships. I bought a truck from them and been unhappy from the beginning. My mom has bought a couple of vehicles and was very upset as well. I would of have them a zero star but the rating is as crooked as the dealership.

Just bought a used car from Jeff Wyler Superior Kia. Clearly, they do not check out the used cars on their lot, as I started having electronics issues 12 hours after purchase. No one will get back to me or return my calls. Run from this dealership! They are very untrustworthy!

The car sales person stigma always gets a bad rap, unfortunately it came true. Test drove a vehicle at Jeff Wyler Hyundai in Fairfield, OH. Because it was late evening Friday, I told the salesperson I’d buy it with a credit card, they said they couldn’t do the full amount, turns out that’s not true? (Surprise !) Then we called the next morning, gave all our info and said we’d pay for it over the phone, they said they wouldn’t do it ? So we said we’d be in to purchase in an hour or so. In the meantime, another salesperson took someone on a test drive, they sold the car!!!Typical car sales !!!
