I recently opened an account last week. The guy helped me with setting up my online banking and explained how I can easily deposit my checks by taking a picture. Supposedly I can transfer money and pay bills online too. I made a picture deposit without a problem, but since I don't have a debit card yet, I tried to transfer money to a debit card and it doesn't work. It kept saying I needed less than 15 numbers for my account info and 8 numbers for routing. All of these errors for everything related totransfers. And, on top of that the bill pay option was unavailable. Basically, you can put your money into their bank, but can't use your money when you need it. And I may not see my debit card in my lifetime. I'm better off closing that account and opening another account elsewhere where I can access the money and the benefits of online banking is more than just a metaphor

Went in to transfer rent money from my account to my landlords account and they refused to help me and kept insisting that I must do it online through billpay. The lady at the desk that helped even brought in a second person to tell me that I have to do it online. She basically told him to tell me though. So I went home and did it online and it sent a check instead of doing a money transfer which took 7 days to send which made my rent late.Very lazy workers. Prefers to just send you away instead of actually doing their job.

2 weeks ago I pulled 3,000 dollars to pay a friend who is contractor working on my house. When I received the money I noticed two old small faced $100 and thought it was strange bc I haven’t seen them in years. My friend finished this past week 2 weeks later and went to deposit the cash, and those two small faced $100 bills are counterfeit. Money I received from a teller. I called 4 times today just to be told the manager TJ couldn’t talk and I’m out of luck on my $200. Now I’m out $400 to pay my friend for the counterfeit $100 bills. I’ve been a loyal KeyBank member since 2006, and was blown off and told they cannot help me. I’m in shock how they can cover a hacked account but not when they give counterfeit bills. Unreal. Be careful using this branch.

This is a terrible bank all coroupt liars. I opened a acount the branch manager recomended to me only to find out they charge you 20 dollars a month if you dont deposite 10k a month. Customer service is a joke and there rude as crap. They lie and manipulate you into banking with them. I have banked here for 2 weeks and will never make this mistake again. If i could rate 0 stars that would still be to high of a rating for this failure of a bank. Stay far away from keybank!!!!!
