Used to be able to easily return Amazon orders at the back of the store. From 5-9 pm, AVOID this store, becuase they make you stand in line and the back of the store process no longer applies.

Rude cashiers. The newest lay out looks like someone shook the place and sat it down again. Alwats have sales so never pay full price. Sephora staff is lax and their selection is always sparse.

This has to be one of the worst Kohl’s ever. They don’t pay their employees enough especially the older employees who are there everyday they don’t call off and they come in whenever someone else calls off which is usually the kids who do the calling off and get paid more than the Senior citizen that are working their butts off. Then if Kohl’s wants to partner up with Amazon and make the employees have to work harder then maybe Amazon should be paying kohl’s employees. Or Kohl’s since Kohl’s is getting paid from Amazon then Kohl’s should be paying their employees more a hour. Instead of dealing with Amazon shit maybe worry about Kohl’s. I was in there yesterday and the place looked like a warehouse stuff thrown everywhere. The shoe department is a mess can’t find anything and when u do it says the shoes are one price but get to the counter then they are 40 dollars more than marked on the floor. Kohl’s can’t keep up with their own Inventory let alone deal with Amazon’s returned bullshit.

I used to love shopping at Kohls. Now they want you to use the app just to check on a price. They just assume everyone carries their phone with them.
