I’ve been filling my prescriptions and my dogs prescriptions here for MANY years and have never had problems, until today.
Called today to try and refill a prescription and usually the pharmacy technicians answer the phone and will help willingly.
Today that was not the case. As soon as a tech picked up the phone the first time, I was told very rudely that I’d be put on hold. Once I came off hold, I tried asking the pharmacist if I had any meds ready. She very rudely said no and hung up on me after I told her what I was looking for. No “let me look into that for you” or “let me send a request in for you”. I didn’t even get her name or a “have a nice day”. She simply just hung up rudely. I figured it was maybe a bad moment so I called once more. The same woman picked up the phone and I gave her my information and once again asked if I could refill my medication. She very rudely said “you just called and I said no” and hung up. I called again and asked for a manager.
I’m hoping it was maybe an off day for this woman but I don’t want anyone else to get treated like this so I’m hoping talking to a manager and posting a review will maybe ensure another customer doesn’t get treated like this.

I love this location and have always had friendly customer service here. I shop for most of my groceries here and love the delivery service!!! Thanks for always being nice to me and my kiddo!!!!

Avoid picking up scripts in the late afternoon as the line grows long quickly. Otherwise everything is fine.

The store is always busy! The worse part is trying to find a parking spot. The produce is fresh and large variety! The cashiers are never enough so use self-service but even then the lines are long!

I had to change pharmacies because the Kroger's in malberry plaza. The people that work at Kroger's pharmacy is so rude. And, Of matter of fact you lost two patients. Because, of the way your pharmacy treats diabetics. So, please send my stuff to CVS where we can get better service! Good bye you rude people!

Called before going as I was leaving my daughters doctors appointment to see when I can pick up the prescription. Gentleman on the phone said a half an hour. Came and it was still going to be another half an hour. As I was leaving the girl pharmacy tech said rudely ‘it was literally just put in.’ Okay thanks for the snide remark but I called beforehand because this has happened before. Slow and disrespectful service. Need to go back to the Kroger in Loveland.
