How is double check to get your medications that you've actually meant to get. We have been shorted a couple times I'm sure it's a simple. The new drive-thru digital machine kind of sucks. Who makes it really hard to reach your medicines in the drawer they need to redesign that. Otherwise everybody there is really nice and helpful. If you use the app for some odd reason when they started doing the new app it screws up the orders sometimes and you don't get all your medications as needed

If I could give them zero stars I would. Been a customer over 20 years but not anymore. Rude staff. 7-8 people always working with only one checking people out. Stopped auto refill and never have meds in stock and have to order them. Don’t bother trying to call with a question. Goodbye Meijer taking my business to another pharmacy

I didn't even want to give it one star that's the only way I could get on here to write my review I pulled up to the drive-thru there was a car in front of me they were waiting on that car that car pulled off I pulled up the girl looked right at me whenever shut the computer off and told me they were closed that they close at 6:00 and it was 6:01 but I was sitting there waiting for the car in front of me to pull away looked right at me and shut the computer off I went in to talk to the pharmacist and she agreed with them because it was 601 and it didn't matter if I was in the Drive-Thru

There is no point in a drive-thru when each car sits at the window for 15-20 minutes each. THE WORST PHARMACY. Whoever manages it needs to be fired.

Honestly some of the most underqualified people working in this pharmacy. Colleen and 2 others are the exception. Those three are fantastic (wish I had the name of the other two!)
This pharmacy is cheaper than Kroger, so I continue to use them. Just get ready for a lot of extra hassle to compensate for the cheaper scripts.

Went to pick up my prescription and was told ever since the cyber attack good rx gold does not work in meijers system. I was told that it was between me and God rx. I don't understand why this is the customer's responsibility. Meijer should be working with good rx gold to fix this so their customers can get affordable prescriptions. My gold price was 5.89 and instead I had to pay 12.01 double the price. Thanks for nothing meijer.

Not sure why I'm always on hold for over 20 minutes and they never have the prescription in stock that I need. Customer service has been terrible lately. Really has gone down hill from a few years ago.

Avoid this pharmacy if you can! I have never dealt with customer service as bad as this place. I have been going here for a while and almost every single time I go there, they can never find my prescriptions. I definitely will be taking my prescriptions and business elsewhere.

If I could give this pharmacy a 0 star I would. Worst customer service and total lack of compassion. I've been very sick and needed an inhaler that my doctor called in for me. Was told my insurance would not cover it, so I told them I would pay out of pocket. Then proceeded to tell me they didn't have it, but would have it by 10 am next day. Came in at 10 am - said it wouldn't be in until 2pm - came in at 4, was told it was running late but was "on it's way" - final straw stopped by at 7pm and very rude person told me she didn't know when it would come in. Will NEVER have prescriptions filled at this sham of a pharmacy again. Called in to Walgreens, not only was it available, but I was able to get it for 118.00. Meijer wanted more than double that.

At 9;10 am we pulled up to the pick up window and the recording was on that the pharmacy was still closed. But we saw people in there. So unfortunately we had to park and go in. Staff wasn’t very happy this morning for some reason. The younger girl working Seemed like we were bothering her. We were just there to give her money for a product that pays her salary. Definitely wasn’t good service!! And we do spend a lot of money on the grocery side!!!
