I went in thinking he will tell me I need a new phone. Within half an hour Mike had me up and running! He is awesome, I doubt there's a problem he couldn't solve!

Mike at this particular PCS store makes it easy to decide who to spend my money with. Since owning a cell phone of any kid, I have never been treated like my business made any difference, until I met him. He is above and beyond every time. T-Mobile/Metro PCS should be proud to have him representing them.
