The process of choosing a storage bin was awesome from start to finish was great My fiancé and I were extremely pleased with the storage bin we had gotten and would highly recommend them to anyone that is looking for a great place to store there Stuff!

I am very impressed with Milford Self storage. Their customer service is outstanding. Everything is always clean inside and out and if you have any questions or concerns you just need to stop by their office and they will take care of it for you. Their prices are very reasonable and they don't entice you with super low initial prices and then jack your prices up large percentages every 6-12 months like Public Storage does. I was so lucky to find Milford Self Storage and get my stuff moved in there.

This is the worst experience I ever had with a self storage. Below are my reasons.
1) I tried to cancel mine and then changed my decision, because that my auto payment got removed and I got charged late fee of 10$ which I was not aware of until I got a mail postfacto. They should have informed me.
2) When I requested for waiving, they said you can visit the onsite manager. But onsite manager is a robot, he just kept telling only Corporate can do it
3) During my call with them she never mentioned that every 15 days they ladder late fee, but she told you can come anytime before end of month to the office by then I realized they added another 25$ late fee without informing
4) On another context, after you rent a unit they bump the fee immediately in couple of months and they keep raising every 3 months, I know this strategy but they were doing it so fast
5) WHen I mentioned I would not continue, the manager at onsite was just shrugging his shoulders and says you can do it as if he cares for this business. Not even a sorry. OMG.
In Summary, they are not customer friendly and not helpful at all. I strongly advise to look elsewhere for your needs. Definitely not worth it. I wish I could give 0 stars.
Update - I contacted the owner via email, I got a cold mail saying nothing can be done. Not even a courtesy sorry lol.

I didn't realized there was two locations. I booked a unit in both accidently. I never moved anything into either one because the time someone got back to me I had to make other arrangements. It cost me an extra day for a rental truck. I was told by a manager I could get refunded for one of the units but didn't happen. Hasn't responded to emails. Be careful with renting with them . Poor customer service.

I’ve had a wonderful experience with this storage facility. This place was recommended to me by my boyfriend who had storage here a few years back. The cost is affordable. The facilities themselves are spotless. Entry and exit are a breeze. The hours they are open make it so convenient for me to access my stuff whenever I need it. I’ll continue to use this place for my storage needs!

Have had 0 contact with any human while renting this storage unit. Paid online, set up auto pay online, got the code to enter and exit online, only human interaction was a person asking me to review a metal door and a concrete floor that I pay for to store my belongings.

Milford Self Storage is very clean. It is an open area and you can feel safe there. Have seen other storage places who have gates and the gate is always open. Here you get a code and the gate is actually down. Would recommend if you need a storage place.
