“My first experience at Facet Jewelry & Pawn in Milford. I went in to see about getting a chain clasp repaired. Mike K. waited on me. He was the jewelry repair person. He was ever so kind and professional. I explained I was in need of the repair by Saturday as a gift for my grandson in Florida. He said he could get it done by Friday. Then went ahead and did it while I waited since it was just a soldier the ring closed repair. He did a wonderful job and even polished the chain for me. I can't tell you how much I appreciated him doing that, it saved me another trip during a very busy time of year for me. Kudos Mike and thank you so much!”

I've never gotten good customer service out of them .. If you need a pawn shop that cares I recommend you go see Steven at the Montgomery road one !! They took the time to help me pick out my fiancée ring and neckless and the price was even better it's just a fun lovey place to go I spend a lot of time trying to Choi what I wanted and steven took a hour out of his time to help me he was very helpful and really cares about his job and his customers!!
