“I bought my fiance an engagement ring about a year ago. She loved it, but it bent a prong and needed repaired. We had kept up on the cleaning and inspection card like clockwork. When we took it in they said it needed a new facet. She was worried it would just break again. With inflation like it is I couldn't afford a new ring. So they offered to put a new facet on....... for FREE!!!!They also made the diamond set in the ring deeper so it wouldn't get damaged again. They were awesome. She loves the ring. Couldn't be happier with our experience”

I've never gotten good customer service out of them .. If you need a pawn shop that cares I recommend you go see Steven at the Montgomery road one !! They took the time to help me pick out my fiancée ring and neckless and the price was even better it's just a fun lovey place to go I spend a lot of time trying to Choi what I wanted and steven took a hour out of his time to help me he was very helpful and really cares about his job and his customers!!
