“This is my go-to UPS store. The staff are typically quick, helpful and friendly. They recently added a self-service kiosks for drop-offs and returns. I had two Amazon items to return, in two separate return orders. I spotted the self-service kiosk, scanned, bagged and labeled both returns for free before either associate was done with the people they were helping. It was a breeze and I was able to get a receipt to my email. While it probably is faster for an associate to take the return and scan your QR code, this kiosk is a lifesaver when they are busy. Highly recommend.”

Corey Goins and I discussed good, better, best possibilities with my order and the next steps. We had to set expectations because I was asking a lot.By noon, my best possibility (getting a portion of the 600 by end of day) was exceeded and they told me my whole order was ready.
