Don’t bank with them! Stay away. My account had money stolen out of it and fraud department contacted me and now they won’t put the money back. They said I have to wait 10-14 days.

There is no reason that I can think of for anyone to bank at RiverHills Bank, particularly the Felicity branch. If you're looking to do business with a small-town bank with all the feeling goodness of the movie It's a Wonderful Life, you're at the wrong place. This isn't the Jimmy Stewart Bank, it's the other one, the nasty one, the one out to get every penny. I was hospitalized twice within a short amount of time. Some of my medications made me fuzzy-headed, and I neglected to keep track of my transactions. Before I could even react, I had several returned transactions and RiverHills Bank fees totalling approximately $250. Needless to say, having hundreds of dollars of fees increased my downward financial trajectory. This not only happened at RiverHills but also at ********. ******** refunded every single fee, no long explanation needed, no questions asked. I requested that RiverHills please do the same, at least with some of the fees. I explained my hospitalization, I explained the financial difficulty that these fees would cause. I was actually in tears, sitting across from a bank manager separated by plexiglass, explaining the hardship I was currently facing. RiverHills Bank refused to refund a single penny of those fees. I understand that they are under no obligation to give any consideration to me. I get that. I am an elderly gentleman who got addled in my neglect to subtract amounts. I was saddled with unpredictable expenses with regards to my health. Because of RiverHills refusal to work with me on this, I am on day three of not eating and I am not able to afford my copay on three medications. I don't expect anyone to feel sorry for me. But think about the neighbors around you, the people in your family that you care about. If any of them were in my situation, this is how RiverHills Bank would gladly treat them.

Morgan Cody made my mortgage process a breeze, and turned a situation that left me feeling not so great about closing into one that I could be excited about. A lot more that could be said, but their work speaks for itself. Would recommend RHB to anyone looking to purchase a home.

For business loans or residential mortgages RiverHills Bank beats them all. Their focus on providing quality service and making it easy for the customer is second to none. If you need a residential mortgage or business loan I recommend contacting Melanie Gould or Zach Gambill to get the job done right.

Me and my wife were referred to them as we were looking to burrow 50,000 to purchase land. Told him our credit scores were between 670 and 690 for me and my wife. Neither one of us have any sort of derogatory marks and in my 24 years have never been late on a payment. My debt to ratio is high but I cant claim my ebay sales or child support income to lower my ratio. We have 25,000 to put dont on the property. Tanner said it should be no issue. Filled out a application and he directed us to his co worker Troy to finish everything up. After 6 days from filling the app out we are told their investor will not approve our request citing we have to have At least a 700 credit score. My issue is we told Tanner and Troy our score and as you will see his email saying anything under a 720 we would have to put 25% down and its a 10 year loan which we fit into both. I would not bank here nore try and get a loan from here. My wife just went to USBANK and they have a way for us to get the money. Both people knew our credit score before filling out a application and both knew that their investors require a 700 credit score or better but still had us fill everything out. Save yourself a headache and do your research.

After nearly a year of frustration and empty promises from larger banks claiming a quick turnaround, Melanie Gould worked her magic and had my refi done in only three weeks! She actually listened to my dilemma and made sure to get things done asap. The personalized service she and her branch provided is truly a lost art. I highly recommend RiverHills Bank, and only wish I'd contacted them sooner.

Absolutely the best bank to work with! Customer service is amazing everyone is so nice & helpful! We tried buying a home last October & had no credit they couldn’t get us the loan but told us they could help us get credit. Using their Credit Builder Loan we went from 0 to almost 700 in 7 months & now they are working on our home loan. Sharon Wilson has been amazing to work with & we can’t thank her enough for all the help she has been to us. Can’t wait for our closing in August.
