I'd give this credit union a zero but yelp won't let but every month has been such a hassle to pay our loan and I mean every month for almost 2 years. Now I could mail payment but in all seriousness I work for big bank and I don't want to mail a check that could get lost or talk to someone to make payments because I talk to people all day long and I work during there business hours .also,to add to the list they charge to do ACH ( automated clearing house) payments which ACH is a free process but the CU charges $2 for me to process payment on their website I'm not talking to a human that I would understand to have a fee since you have to pay the employee. I will say if you are doing a loan and this CU pops up do not do the loan or see if there is another bank on the list !!

We’ve been at Sharefax for over 20 years and have nothing but good things to say about them. They know us when we come in and meet all our banking needs. Milford office is the main bank branch that we go to.

So it takes forever for them to get to your mobile deposits. Not to mention they pick and chose what protocols and procedures they want to follow on a week to week basis they let you do things for weeks at a time and then decide to change it without explanation or notice. Trying to deposit a check from another account at their bank has taken over 5 days !! Beware if you’re looking for convenience this is not the bank for that !!

DO NOT and I repeat DO NOT do any business with this "credit union". It is nothing but a scam. I was asked to provide insurance on a $16,000 UTV which I did. They then added nearly $3,000 worth of insurance to my balance. I attempted to pay off my balance and I was told I can't without paying the insurance for a collateral they will no longer own. This has been nothing but a nightmare. Please take your business elsewhere and you'll be happy you did. What they are doing with this CPI insurance is nothing short of criminal.

Their customer service is non-existent. Several times they have blocked my debit card for legitimate charges but other times failed to block fraudulent charges. Their "Fraud department" consists of 1 employee who never answers the phone. You normally will get a call back sometime in the afternoon after you leave a message. Then expect to wait approximately 2 weeks to get a replacement card. In the meantime you are unable to use your card at all (debit, credit, or ATM). They recently added Zelle to their services. My first attempt to use it was blocked immediately. Currently I have been on hold over 2.5 HOURS to get a customer service rep on the phone... and still waiting...

I have had multiple auto loans with Sharefax over the last 12 years and I HATE them. I went to them originally because they have the best rates but honestly as soon as I am finished with my current loan I will NEVER use them again. I would rather pay a higher rate for better service and here's why. First, their customer service is terrible. I have had to go in multiple times to get payments applied properly or to ask general questions regarding my loans. Luckily, the women at the Milford office are nice but honestly some of these issues shouldn't have even come up. Essentially, I had different loans with different numbers under my husband's name that never could be kept straight for some reason. We would get the wrong things applied. Secondly, I paid off one of my vehicles and they never sent me the title. No one could tell me how to get the title. They told me to go talk to someone at the Batavia Branch. I went to Batavia and that person wasn't there and no one else knew where my title was. Totally a wasted trip. I had to go to Milford to the Clermont County Title office and get a copy myself and pay for it because they had no idea how titles were taken care of once a loan was paid off. Now it is more standard for companies to send you a notice for you to go get your title at the county but I had no message from Sharefax or any information sent at all and no one had a clue. A few years later after getting a new car and again using Sharefax for the loan, I went to also to purchase a new motorcycle. They couldn't bend over backward enough to give me a loan for my car. However, when I went to apply for my motorcycle the loan officer decided to talk to the salesman about the fact that I had just purchased a car and she decided to hem and haw over the phone with him as to whether I should have a loan for a motorcycle after purchasing a new car. I only knew this because I happened to be in the room when the sales person called the Sharefax office. The Sharefax credit woman decided to talk about my credit with him. Mind you, I did have a 700+ credit score and plently of money. If someone had an issue with my credit or the fact that I had just purchased a car, then they should have had me come into the office and discuss it with me personally, not discuss it over the phone with the sales guy. Needless to say, I had other companies who were more than willing to give me credit so I went with them. I have always paid on time and paid off auto loans early so it's their loss of my business really. I tried to call to complain about the fact that someone had shared personal information about me over the phone but I just got sent to voice mail any time I tried to find someone to talk to about this. No one should discuss your credit with someone else other than you. Their lack of professionalism on all accounts is astoundingly bad! Oh and one last thing. About their website and online banking system. It's from the 1990's! It's horrible. It is difficult to use, It is difficult to sign into and nearly impossible to pay from another account that is not Sharefax. I can use my other Bank's bill pay and account systems just fine, so I know it's not me. I am so glad I don't have them for my regular banking!

Lost my paperwork for my car loan. Had to come in and resign forms. They didn't even realize they lost it until months later. Have had to make several trips there to sign forms because the loan officer messed things up. Very frustrating. Charges you to make online payments oh, so you have to go to the bank and drop off the check or mail it which are both inconvenient. Will not be using them again for further loans.

Poor web access. They charge for paying your loan on there website. Never can talk to anyone when you call On the phone. Constantly disconnects and long call holding volumes. Never will do business again.

I end up using this credit union at least 1-2 times a month , I am NOT a member there but they provide services for my credit union . It is so handy for me to be able to use this branch . The staff are helpful and polite and I am so thankful that they are there and are "friendly" .

Love the "feel" of a hometown bank. I have been a member for 3+ years and have never had any issues.
