Friendly customer service. Always kind, professional, and knowledgeable about the products. It always makes an impact when a customer is acknowledged when entering store even when associate is busy. The Milford store always delivers.

They always have fantastic paint, plenty of supplies, great service and the employees are friendly. The only downside is the paint is super expensive, but isn't everything these days? It helps if you have a friend with a pro account. That generally gets you about 40 percent off, so the paint is $45 a gallon instead of $75.
