I don’t care what y’all have to say about this this store is GREAT! Have I ever been here? No. But I ordered on DoorDash some blueberry donut holes and when it got here they switched them out with pumpkin because I guess there was none left. ALTHOUGH they were switched, they sold PUMPKIN DONUT HOLES in the middle of may. I was very happy with this “mistake” and this will be my favorite speedway. :)

I just had the craziest experience. There's only one person working and I'm not sure if she's a manager or whoever, but she was the rudest person I've ever had to deal with in any business transaction of my life, I swear. It happened aprox 7:00 a.m. on January 20th 2024. It's honestly too long of a story to explain but I asked to use 25 on my gift card, and I said if there's not 25 then try 20, and if there's less than 20 then just use all thats left on the card & the first pump wouldn't work and then she told me the wrong balance on my gift card and said that I had $12.58 and all I was trying to figure out is why I was being rung up for nine bucks when she said that I had 12 as my balance and I asked for 25 she kept saying the number 22 for some reason and she said that my actual balance is 9 something, and I was just trying to figure out where 9 came from and then she gives me some subtraction problem and then she was raising her voice and I said there's no need to raise your voice at me, I'm just trying to figure this out. I'm just trying to understand what happened, that's all, & I never once gave any indication that I was aggravated or raised my voice or anything, even though I'm the one who's going to be late to work now. Then she continued to just talk over me and then get extremely loud and I was like why are you so aggravated? Is the balance 9 or is it 12:58? Then she just puts her hand up and says "bye" rudely and I said okay bye have a nice day. As she was cussing and throwing a fit and saying how stupid I am as I walked out the door. I'm just trying to figure out my finances and you would think you would be allowed to ask questions without someone being that rude to you and just absolutely mean. She kept saying the number 22 so I'm wondering if maybe it had a balance of 22 and then it used the 1258 on the one pump and then she told me to go to the pump behind it, and then all I had left then was 9. Well then that would mean that I was charged $12 something at the first pump and I never even received that gas. If I was allowed to discuss that with her, without her being so irate that I can't even talk to her, then I guess I could have figured this out, without me spending $12 on zero product. But I'm not sure what happened so now I'm confused and I'm honestly upset

EMPLOYEES ARE GREAT!!!! But over half the pumps card readers don't work the system always seems to be going down. It's always something corporate needs to get it together already.
