Recently serviced my 2015 Corolla and 2001 Tacoma at Steve’s. Super nice and efficient folks. First car shop I’ve been to where I haven’t felt taken advantage of or talked down to. The repairs suggested and completed for the Tacoma… I could feel it in the truck as soon as I cranked it up and pulled out of the lot. Thanks guys for the quick and friendly service!

Hands down, one of the best companies around - I've tried over 20 shops in the area that couldn't perform the work needed on my 2024 F450, but Steve and his team were extremely knowledgeable and took care of everything, leaving me 100 percent satisfied

My car was leaking oil and I went to the top recommended mechanic here in Clermont County. Now I see and understand why they are highly recommended. Got me in quickly, got my car fixed in a timely manner, got a carfax report on my car, and amazing customer service!
They also take pictures and videos of things that need immediate attention/repairs sent in your email.
They’re honest, they explained everything to me thoroughly and earned my trust within a day. I’m glad to say I have found my new mechanic!

I recently had my tires balanced and an alignment done at Steve’s. I was very pleased with their services. I will recommend them to anyone I know!

This place just saved me thousands of dollars. I was test driving a a used vehicle and they offered a $70 bumper to bumper check. Ended up finding some pretty dangerous- immediately needed repairs.
They took pictures and printed ou the carfax so I could negotiate with the dealership.
Bonus points for the staff just being cool- non creepy- helpful dudes. 10/10

I have taken both my vehicles here for various issues and the service is very good. Great customer service, reasonable prices, and seem happy to go in depth with other concerns you may have about your vehicle. Work is also done in a timely manner.

Steve's did a great job installing the steps on my Jeep, they have me a very reasonable quote and also found something I needed to get fixed at the dealer that I hadn't noticed.

My truck was leaking gas. They got me in quickly. As I waited in the lobby, I had a comfy couch to sit on, snacks, cold drinks and TV to watch. They had my truck fixed quickly along with a few things I added on. The truck runs like a top! I cannot recommend them highly enough!

My wife and I drove from Columbus to look at a used vehicle in Milford. On the way down we called Steve's for a pre-purchase inspection and they made time to work us in within an hour of our arrival. Wayne was very friendly and helpful while we waited. Steve walked us around the car personally and pointed out things I would have never noticed (and I'm very meticulous). We were given printed information about the inspection, including photos, which we were able to use to negotiate a discount well in excess of the PPI cost. While no service was done, I can attest to Steve's knowledge and passion for doing the job right. Ignore the bad reviews!

I was driving through a small place called Milford in Ohio and had an issue with my car. I pulled into a this place - Steve's Car Care, spoke to a service advisor (tall rude balding man) and had the worst experience and received the worst advice. I highly recommend to avoid. Worst customer service from an advisor.
Additional Information:
I believe the advisors name was Wayne. Horrible service, shameful is the only way I can explain. Its unfortunate, a good family and community business has such bad representation.

Wayne is a real professional. The whole establishment is really friendly and professional. Will definitely use them again in the future for my Smartcar, a brand they happily took on despite not having worked on them before. They did a great job. I’ll also refer other people in the area to them.
