The manager there is absolutely rude. We drove through the drive-through around 12:20 am. to get two combos. Paid almost $20 bucks for 2 very stale and hard chalupas, burrito meal that was supposed to be meat and cheese only (they put sourcream on it) and the little chips and queso that came with it also was very stale. Google maps said they closed at 1am, so by the time I got my food, they were closing. Tried calling the next morning, and the lines kept saying busy. I finally got a hold of a manager, and now I had to deal with poor customer service ON TOP OF POOR FOOD QUALITY. She expected me to keep the old nasty food over night and bring it into her restaurant the next day, that's unsanitary for one and most restaurant refuse to take messups back into their store due to this. I have my receipt, and she just kept refusing to remake the burrito and would only replace the chalupas and said her "chips" are made fresh daily (then they weren't stored correctly and left open to get stale)I didn't even ask for the whole order to be replaced since we got combos, just the items that were not correct. The receipt is sufficient enough, but since it was a "new day," apparently that was last nights teams problem and not hers. It's absolutely ridiculous. I sent my brother there to pick up the remake she claimed she was going to do because I'm on bedrest, and they absolutely wasted his time and refused to remake the chalupas even with him having the receipt! Filed a complaint with her region as well. To pay $20 dollars for this and to not be satisfied is just not okay. Corporate is sending me 2 $5 coupons for the issue, which I truly appreciate someone trying to make this right.

Called before heading to the store for a remake on 2 Chalupus. Pulled threw the drive threw, only car there tell the lady I'm there for the remake. Tells me to pull to the window she confirmed behind her that she needs 2 Chalupus . Gives my Receipt back ask me to pull around and they will bring it out. After 20 minutes go by I figured I should walk in to see what was going on and the "manager" tells me very aggressive she's already made them and handed them out Insinuating that either I got them already and asking for 2 more or that I I had them make it and had someone come behind me to receive the food so I can go in and ask for more. When in reality the lady that had me pull around, shift was just ending,taking the remake home with her(employee) and left because when I arrived in store she was no where to be found. Lady claiming that she was manager told me I need to leave and she's calling the cops so I tell her thats fine and I'll wait never calling them, then comes back upfront telling me she's calling the employee and the employee isn't answering at her phone, upsetting me so much to the point that I'm shaking because they are ABSOLUTELY NOT MAKING IT, I drove about 10 minutes there and back and still had to meet my niece at her bus stop. I witnessed an employee wearing gloves, check their cell phone and use a broom then immediately without changing gloves continued to assemble people's food using the gloves they used to handle their phone and the broom. At least they wear gloves though.

Wanted to ask about a temporarily available item, but no one was willing to come to the counter. The employees working the order flat out refused to take my order, insisting that I use their kiosk. When they brought the food I had ordered on their kiosk, he just turned and walked away while I'm trying to ask him a question.I will NEVER come here again.

Food was usually in some places, slightly skimpy on portions. But the main defining part of the visit was that the place was understaffed, it sound like there were only two workers there and they kept prioritizing the drive through. They didn't up making my group's food until a little before closing (this was a late dinner) the manager did apologize and said if anything was missing to come back and he'll refund it. The last thing was they didn't put anything out to say the drive through was closed, so as I was leaving cars were still lined up waiting.

We placed our order for my large family inside on the kiosk a little before 7. They only had 2 employees who focused on the drive thru and door dash. They did offer to refund us and then actually completed our order, but only a little before 8 when they closed, so we ended up eating in our car.

What an awful experience. We pull up place an order, they stated the fryer was down. I understand things happen so we place an alternate order, we pull around to find out they also ran out of beef, we asked can we substitute he stated we would be required to pay the difference, when asked to speak to the manager we got the window shut in our face and the manager comes up and says “uh yeah what the problem” we stated we would like to have a solution to the issue he stated “like he told you, we are out of beef and they have already turned the fryer off and it was broken. He was super rude, both the manager and employee had zero customer service skills. Good luck to anyone who chooses to stop here when the whole business is tacos and they literally run out of their main product.

They don't have anyone to take your order you have to use a kiosk and can't use cash!?They also ran out of beans and beef!!

Great food and even better atmosphere always a go to for quick service and a really good meal with friends or family.
