Originally scheduled my oil change and tire rotation for Last Friday. Had to reschedule because they were swamped. Today, Antonio was able to help me out, and he got me a better deal! Ben was able to keep this customer smiling while waiting and Lee made sure I drove away safely, after they repaired a hole in my tire that I was unaware of. I'm a repeat customer who has another location closer, but I return to this location because of the awesome staff. If it ain't broke, don't fix it! Thanks guys!

Stop here first! You won’t go anywhere else. Best experience over any other type of service provider. My appointment was on time. My estimate came in lower than expected. Kyle helped me and his customer service was excellent. Bring hot sauce when you visit?

from driving 2 hours to Ky on a tire that was a little low.
I just asked them to check it for me they were so awesome they checked it and I had a nail in my tire. I was just going to drive 2 hours on it and not do anything

Concerning level of incompetence. I don't know if its just the times we are in or the location but the techs seem to have no idea how to do their jobs. They are also really rough on my nice SuperDuty while test driving. I'll just leave it at that. I have documentation.

My daughter needed tires before she drives back to Des Moines, Iowa next week. The guys were able to get her car in on Thursday, kept it overnight and had tires on early Friday morning. Her rear brakes were down to 20%. They called to let her know that and offered break work before noon on Friday. After an alignment she had her car back less than 24 hours after dropping it off.
They processed paperwork for a line of credit, to allow her to pay off the bill in 6 months without accruing interest. Such a patient, helpful, fun bunch of guys. (With great music, from the 80's, playing loudly in the bay areas!!!)
My daughter feels good about the purchase and confident in her ride now. Thanks guys for quick, efficient and friendly service.

Charging to much, don’t recommend unless your made out of money. I found WAY cheaper for what they were tryna charge me for something little. Found it 300 cheaper somewhere else and now my car is good!

Horrible experience here I would not recommend. Told me the tires would last evening before close. I took an Uber to pick it up when they told me it would be ready and had to take an Uber home because it wasn’t when the store closed. Next morning when it was ready they called me out and I discovered they put two year old tires on the car (from 2021). They gave me a 50 dollar credit for the inconvenience so I paid $730.00 instead of $780.00. But the tires I got looked exactly like the ones they took off. Pictures attached. I would have rather had the money and time back and gotten tires that were actually new (at another dealer)… you be the judge.
