Im a local business operator and I use this branch as well as the Wards Corner Kroger branch. I have never received anything but top notch service and kindness. I have health issues and walking inside is a task for me sometimes, so I use the bank drawer in the drive thru. I have sent several hundred daily deposits and transactions to many different tellers over the 11 years and have never had any issues. Sometimes maybe the customer should be a little more patient and polite. Goes a long way. I know if your rude to me I give it back .. even while smiling . Love you guys See you Monday!!

Worst branch for any bank! Went through the drive through while they are closing, lady shorted me 500$ from what I withdrew. I couldn’t go back that day cuz they were closed now as she was shutting the window. I counted my withdrawal and it was short 500$! They then did all corporate stuff to tell me the clerk counted it correctly and they watched the tapes. They basically blamed it on me and said I shouldn’t have drove away without counting it….well your clerk shut the window on me. Absolute worst

People there are trying to be helpful, but seem to be untrained in Money-Market account requirement. Deposited money to get the advertised interest, and went back 3 times with the account still in ‘review’. Close to 3 weeks with no resolution and bottom level interest. Supervisor/manager is not at the branch, so a phone call was done every time. ‘We will get back to you’ was a repeated statement.
2 stars because the people are trying, but seem to lack access to proper training. This branch can do better. Hope this generates some training and improve their service.

Unlike most of the reviews on here, I've had no problems with this branch. I don't go there very often but I've always received good customer service, last week I opened a CD. Very pleasant experience.

I deposited the cash to the ATM for $405. The ATM was error which means that I am not able to get that back cash or into my bank account. I already called the bank. They said t that will take about 45 business day and now almost 2 months already, I had not received the money. I’m so disappointed.

This is a terrible branch,I bought a car needed notary no one available,also needed a merrideian seal stamp three days later no one until later that afternoon.poor service ,I have been a usbank customer for 20 years!!

There an OK bank. But slim on locations if you travel and they ain't afraid to take multiple overdraft charges to the point of no catching up. ATM fees kill me. But I guess its a bank.

You want my honest opinion, you are going to get it. This is one of the worst branches I have ever dealt with. They are rude ?. I wanted to buy pennies from the feds they said they don't do that. Well that's a lie went right down to Amelia and got a box. They don't want to help you or wait on you. When I did get a box there they told me I could not turn them back in for the money. Never been told that by a bank before. Horrable customer service. Even though it is closer to me to go too I would rather bank somewhere else. If I could not give a star I would.

I had deposited a check and it had a 7 day hold put on it. I needed the funds sooner to pay off my car. I was told only a branch manager can change the hold time. I called the branch and asked to speak to the branch manager. I left my first name only and my cell phone number. The branch manager called me back and then proceeded to lie through her teeth- she says she called and wasn’t able to verify the check to release it sooner. I said how is that possible when I didn’t even give anyone my account information to look at. She continued to lie to me and stood by her story that she called a couple of places to verify the check. There is no way that was true considering they didn’t even ask my last name or pull up my account. Clearly she was too lazy to do her job and I wasn’t going to waste any more of my time arguing with her. But if that is the leadership there…YIKES! Horrible customer service.

Worst bank I’ve ever been at. Opened an account and it was put on a hold due to a bank tellers mistake. They were unable to fix the problem or give me any answers regarding a time period or when I could get my money. Because of this my auto draft payments could not go through my account resulting in late fees with no compensation from us bank. The bank tellers were all extremely rude and seemed to have no clue what they were doing or talking about. Two of the occasions I had gone in I had witnessed customers with same problem I was having due to their bank tellers making mistake within their account. Would never recommend in a million years.
