Just left here. I’m not used to shipping things so I had some anxiety going in here, but the guy (I think his name was Jason) working was so nice and very helpful. I was in there less than 5 minutes and that includes shipping things out of the country. Definitely recommend!

The Milford, OH USPS is a great team. Scott is customer focused! It is tough because they get it to the Cincinnati hub and then that is the breakdown. The sorting center in Cincinnati need to drastically improve. They are letting their local post office teams down.

This item is showing that it is out for delivery on Thursday 20th, 2025 for my address:
204 Locust Street
Milford, OH 45150.
I asked the postman that delivered my mail to my hands and he said that he didn't have my package and didn't see it in his truck. So I went to the Milford Post Office and they tried to say that it would be delivered tomorrow, I tried to point it out to them that it states the 20th of March and it says out for delivery today.

During Passport walk-in hours, after waiting in line with our toddler and filling out the paperwork, my spouse was turned away by two clerks because, by their own admission, they wanted to go to lunch right at 11am. Post Office walk-in hours are officially from 10am - 11am. What time must someone arrive for you to be willing to do the work? If you cannot accept a walk-in at 1015, 1030, or 1045, then say so---officially. This kind of mercurial behavior is precisely what drives critics of the PO. Do better.

We have community mail boxes but obviously packages are dropped off on the porch. Is it too much to ask to take TWO EXTRA STEPS AND NOT WALK THRU THE DAMN LANDSCAPING??? Seriously! Lazy ass! This is pathetic. DO BETTER MILFORD MAIL PEOPLE!!!

The Milford Post Office is deserving of a five-star rating in my book. The staff consistently provides excellent service with a friendly and helpful attitude. I tried to email a complaint twice on the USPS website but it won’t accept it. If a package won’t fit in my mailbox the mailman will bend it up so it fits not knowing what is even in the package. This has happened twice and I am tired of it. The photos are what once was a square box

The cashier (white male, brownish short hair)or "clerk 01" working at the main desk (not the desk by the gift wrap) around 3:20-3:25 today is a weirdo. I think I'll stick to my usual locations. I was only out here because I was going to my bank and it was more convenient to get my mailer sent here and get 2 things outta the way while I'm out here.
