Recently moved approximately 2 miles from my last residence and my connection/service is horrible. I contacted a Verizon representative (out of the country) and was told that I had to go at least 10 days before they would correct the connection problem as I transferred my residence. Absolutely ridiculous customer service. So basically I operate daily without any means of communication at my home. I’ll certainly be weighing my options involving a new carrier. After Note: After many phone calls and conversations we received an Network Extender free of charge to solve our issue and allow a phone connection in our home.

Alex was very helpful at getting us a new pixel and transferring my stuff from my old phone. He went above and beyond and paired it to the car and set up our wifi. Please go see Alex if you need help with anything or wanna look to get something new

Lady on 6-26-24 rude and attitude all because I don't want to upgrade my phone. wouldn't help me with anything after I told her I was not interested in the upgrade.

Unfortunately, I have had a second negative experience at this store. What I am about to describe is the second time I’ve come to this store for help and been sent away. I ordered a new phone for my daughter and we went into this Verizon store to finish setting up her phone. As soon as we walked in, the sales person rudely let us know that it would be $35 to transfer data and told us he could not accept the trade in because they were a retailer and not a corporate store; and then, when we told him all we needed was for the phone to be activated and we’d already transferred all the data, he claimed he could not do so (he couldn’t figure out how to do it and he advised us to go to another store) and so we went and got in the car and called Verizon Wireless on the phone (and we were helped by a truly fantastic agent) and activated the phone in the car, in the parking lot of the Verizon store. Doesn’t logic dictate that if I could do it on the phone with an agent, an employee at the Verizon store should be able to help us???
Either the guy didn’t want to serve us (the vibes were hostile) or he’s woefully under-trained. Either way, what is the point of this store if they can’t/won’t help customers? Do better Verizon Wireless stores!

I had some multiple issues with my phone and came to the Milford Riverside store twice with it. The second visit I was helped by Ashley who spoke to two separate dept's to see if the problem was covered by warranty or insurance. In house, she conferred with a supervisor and the problem seemed chronic. She's had the phone replaced for me
I appreciate this store and everyone who's helped me over my years with Verizon.

I arrived with a broken phone. Kevin and Vernell resolved the issue, lowered my monthly bill, and helped me get a smart watch, all while providing me with the best customer service I have ever had. I literally walked in mad and left happy.

My phone wouldn't receive calls and I was very confused. Troy helped me fix everything and setup up our plan for some saving. We come to this store more than any other as they are very friendly and professional. We are very grateful.

Came in with phone issues trot was able to fix our problems very quickly. My frustrations with my phone were set at ease. He also found us savings on our plan which has gone up before. Thank you the store is very clean and people are very nice here

Went to Verizon in milord, Greg is AMAZING! My husband, and I went in to upgrade our phones. Greg was beyond amazing with the promos, and help required. Very professional, and extremely polite! Thank you Greg for making my experience awesome!

Been with Verizon for over 15 years and we came in to upgrade our old phones. Bradley was great! Very personable and helped in everything with setting them up. I definitely recommend this store! They go above and beyond in customer service!
