Can I give no stars? I've had to transfer to Walgreens because my insurance no longer was accepted by Kroger. I attempted four times to get all my meds transfered over, each time to get told it was never sent. I literally had to drive to Kroger to get proof it was sent.After this every single month they do not fill my med because they run the wrong insurance first. I have to call four or five times only to be out on hold and then hung up on. I then have to call back and get a quick, sorry, we are busy. I was waiting for a refill today that was sent in at 4 pm. I called three times to make sure it was filled, only to be placed on hold and hung up on. Finally reached them and they said one med would be filled. Meanwhile they had another prescription for me for three days and still hasn't filled it. I had to call back again to make sure they would fill the other one as well. I checked the app and it said it would be ready tomorrow!There is an issue every single month. I don't understand if it's understaffed or just incompetence at this point. I've complained several tim s for it to get brushed off. If you can use any other pharmacy, trust me, it's worth it.

If I could give 0 stars I would. The pharmacy staff that works the window are rude and incompetent. I have watched the last three visits where people in front of me were told their prescriptions were extremely expensive when they usually pay $0 for them. Well today was my turn. I was told my prescription would be $900 and that if I disagreed with that I had to call my insurance and figure it out. I called and it is supposed to be $0 just like it was the last two times I had it filled. But guess what, they close at 6pm so now I get to go back and argue about it another day. And then I had another script to pick up but was told there was no record of me ever taking that. And they have filled that one for years now. But the lady acted like I don't even know what I take. They just clearly do not care at all. I will be sending my prescriptions else where and I suggest everyone stay away from this place. Not to mention it is extremely dangerous to get out of their parking lot.

Signed up for a flu shot appointment a week ago. Did all the paperwork on line. And, signed up for text alerts. Got here early. Shots are running 1.5 hours behind - no notification. And, I have to fill out paperwork because the online paperwork "doesn't count".So frustrating!!!!!!!And, I left without my shot.The pharmacy staff were not kind.Meijer - here I come.

Went to one last night on st rte 28 and woodville near goshen ohio….. had done an online order for an item said to be in stock…. Received one email saying a delay in order. Was on way home from out of state…. So stopped an hour later at store to check out my order. Two hours after i ordered. Got there. Was a young man at register, who was extremely polite and helpful, he went to check to see if order was back on a rack. I followed him back to save steps for him as well…. A woman who i am guessing was mgr basically said no order there for me. Not friendly at all, i remained polite as well. I explained had bought online and had heard nothing except for a delay…. She was very short and abrupt with me which i did not appreciate….very rude! Was not my fault that there was a mistake with their system! They did not have my item in stock! No apologies and walked off without any further explanation etc… i understand hectic times and busy. But total lack of customer service from her. My first and last visit to that store.
