I'm traveling from out of state and I very stupidly left without my medication. Usually not a big deal, but this particular medication is rather vital. I got my doctor to send a script for a few tablets to this pharmacy. I called the pharmacy just to make sure that was being worked on and I could pick it up. It was an hr before close. The Pharmacist (could have been a tech, but I'm certain it was the Pharmacist) I spoke with said she would get it filled and then reminded me that they closed in an hr. I told her I would be there. I was almost to the store when the Pharmacist called me and said they actually didn't have any in stock, but along with this information she apologized and went out of her way to call nearby pharmacies because she knew the importance of this medication I needed tonight. She got the script sent over quickly and I got it picked up! I appreciate so much the effort put in to making sure I got what I needed. Thank you!!

Of all the Walgreens I've used as a pharmacy, this one is the absolute worst. I call in refill requests when I do my pill box for the week on Saturday. I usually wait until the following Wed. or later and almost every time I go, they say they are still working on it. They have very poor inventory management, frequently saying they are waiting for a shipment. Even when I call the automated line for a refill status report, it will say it will be ready after a certain time, but when I go to pick it up, the staff says it is not ready. Also, the entire pharmacy staff takes a meal break at the same time so it is completely closed. I pity anyone who goes on their own lunch period to pick up a prescription and happen to get there when the entire staff is gone. I continue with this location because it is only about 3 minutes from my house and it would be a big job to have all the doctors I use transfer to another location or pharmacy. If if could give it less than one star I would.

Pharmacist gideon is amazing , went in for my flu shot and it went smoothly did not feel pain, mind you I hate needles. He also went above and beyond answering any questions I had. Always provides quality service even when the pharmacy is busy.

This is by far the worst pharmacy I have encountered. Every time I go to get my blood pressure pills refilled, they are never ready. I called the automated line on Thursday... it said my refill would be ready after 1pm on Friday... I go there on Saturday at 4pm and it still isnt ready. So now I have to skip my bp pills for a day again this month. Seems dangerous to deny people dirt cheap maintenance medications... I'd hate to see what they do with narcotics and medications that people's lives desperately depend on. Hopefully, it gets fixed before someone dies from the company's incompetence.

Only giving one star because 0 isn’t an option. Prescriptions are rarely filled on time and when they are, the wait is horrendous. We just transferred our last prescription after having talked to someone 2 days ago who assured the prescription would be ready today. The pharmacist not only told me it wasn’t ready (or in stock), but actually told me that I should’ve called the day before even though I had talked to the pharmacy manager when I was in 2 days prior. If you have other options, look elsewhere!

I called Walgrens about a humalog insulin order that I was told would be ready today. Not only wasn't the insulin order ready but the lady who answered the phone said they didn't know when they would have it & she said it with an attitude. What is an individual supposed to do when they are an insulin dependent diabetic!! Obviously you cannot depend on this Walgrens Pharmacy!!

The workers are very rude and serve you in a very unpleasant way, but the people who are there in the morning do not even respond to your greeting.

It’s been over three months on a prescription refill. Still waiting. Other pharmacies have it but some reason they can’t get it. Update!!! Pharmacist said it was in and could be filled. Which it’s three months later. So I drive 30 minutes to go and pick up my three month past due prescription and the evening pharmacist says it out and on back order. Waste my time and gas

Poor customer service leave you waiting at window while they have full conversation with one another. And when they do decide to come to the window after 10 minutes just to find out they won't have until tomorrow ??

I Highly recommend this pharmacy , and I am So grateful!! Karen and Kim at the pharmacy went above and beyond to help my son and me. We needed a time sensitive medication that was low in stock everywhere, and I had almost given up hope of getting it for us. It is especially difficult when you don’t feel well to have to deal with such issues. However; Karen and Kim contacted the insurance etc.!and did all the work to make both our prescriptions ready in less then 45 mins!! Also called me personally to let me know every to I get was taken care of. They definitely deserve some recognition in this busy world today! I would highly Recommend this pharmacy!! Best wishes!

Outside of the expected medication availability delays which are outside of the pharmacy’s control, the lack of communication and miscommunication of when a script is ready has motivated me to find a more reliable pharmacy. Please consider other pharmacies when looking to use this location.
