My husband and I recently had to deal with over $900 fraudulent charges when someone stole my bank card. Literally spent $900 in just a few hours ?? its Thanksgiving week and although I am not fond of their dispute policies (we may have to wait 6 months to see our money again) and they will not cover you. I had to go to the milford office to file dispute papers. The ladies actually called around to many other managers to see what they could do for us in the meantime. They cashed us an "honest check" for the full amount of what was taken....now my family can still enjoy Thanksgiving. I have since then filed a police report and have yet to hear back from corporate or see my money back but it was very nice of them to go out of their way to help our family.

This was an awesome bank. They staff was always friendly and smiling. Now they have fired all staff and replaced them with robot stuck up women. They are the most unfriendly people I have ever met. Today NO ONE was working had to pay walmart to cash check. Will be closing my acct like so many others. Woodforest you have and will continue lose more business!

I have been satisfied with Woodforest for a few years until recently for some reason recently they are flagging several automatic payments I have coming out and locking my account. What makes it worse is these are bills I have had for years with the same amount and location what’s changed. This will end up getting my car insurance shut off. I’m sorry but because Woodforest is unwilling to do text authorization I and many other people are looking to leave for a better bank

I love banking here, they have the least kind of fees of all the banks I have been with. The staff is always very friendly and willing to help with any questions or issues that arise.

They remember you and these ladies are so very nice. This bank puts you first. Open 7 days a week..closed holidays..thats my kind of banking.😃
