I'm really not the one to go out of my way to leave a bad review but If I could give it no stars I would! Store # 12620 The cashier (Tracy) was very rude and wanted to argue about a sale that they were having on 12pk of pop. Dear Management Educate your employees on sales and how to talk to paying guest.I'm in retail management myself and would never let my employees talk and act the way she did she needs retrained or get out of retail! The store was a mess and was hardly shopable. I will never go back to spend my money there. Whats sad is you guys give these employees a check to run your business like it is. Be better Dollar General!

Went in here to do my coupon shopping like I do almost every weekend. I went to the register where my coupons did not apply like they were supposed to. Asked the lady at the register if maybe I had missed something. She immediately got very rude and snippy with me. I told her that unfortunately the total came out to way more than I expected it to and that I wasn’t going to purchase the products due to that. I also said I would put it all back if she wanted because I understand it was an inconvenience towards her. She instead took the two bags of products and threw them very hard against the ground behind her. I apologized and as I walked away she mumbled something under her breath towards me. I have been couponing at this location for some time now, and I understand that maybe I was wrong this time, but the throwing of product and the complete rudeness I received, even with offering to put the product back, was absolutely disgusting. I’m not sure what her name was but she was wearing a set of scrubs🤷♀️ I was completely respectful the entire interaction with her and did not receive a drop of that in return.

Had a FedEx package sent here for pick up, because they were listed on the FedEx site. Supposed to hold for 5 days. Dropped off Thursday afternoon, sent back less than 24 hours later. Lady was thoroughly unhelpful and unfriendly.

Terrible customer service and atmosphere. Everyone that works at this location is always so miserable and whiney, especially the manager.

Fantastic store with extremely nice workers. They're helpful and nice and always willing to go above snd beyond to get the job done. I also see alot of people complaining about it being cluttered. On days it gets its trucks in they're in the process of stocking everything so the store has its racks of inventory out as they're process unloading everything. They work extremely hard to get everything out away as fast as possible but being understaffed they do an amazing job at getting it out away as quickly as they do.

I really enjoy Dollar General, but certain stores are definitely better than others. The Dollar General at Great Eastern shopping center is great! They're always stocked and have the best dollar isle, you can get, medicine for your children as well as yourself in the dollar isle, and pet treats and toiletries for very cheap. And even if you're not looking for cheap items, they've got very pretty decor and other items too! Stop in and give this Dollar General a look!

Store closes when ever they feel like it open till five I showed up 20 minutes before hand and doors locked seems like people don’t want to work

I see many people complaining about the store. No complaints here. I love Dollar General and I completely understand that being short on staff makes getting things done difficult. Considering the circumstances you are all doing amazing.
