The exterior is beautiful. Our room was sub-par based on the price. We just stayed one night, but unless the other rooms are way better, this is not my idea of a resort. It was run-down and in need of some cleaning and updates. Our room was 110, I think, and right by a sqeaky, thudding door that swung endlessly starting at about 6 a.m. I have paid much less for better lodging.

Loved our suite it was a beautiful room, the pool is very nice. Loved the steam room, hot tub was excellent as well all around 5 star place for us 😀

Amazing! So many things for us to do as a family. Breakfast was lovely, the children's village and activities are well-maintained and so much fun! Everything was clean and we really enjoyed our stay. Remote and removed from anything busy , but close enough to civilization if we had forgotten anything. Great things to go see close by! Highly recommend and we will be back!

it's great hotel beside not being handicap accessible, very hard to get around with a wheelchair. It's 100 percent not handicap accessible, have to go up and down stairs for everything. nice rooms and nice pool, theater and alot of amazing amenities , my only issui3 is if you're in a wheelchair its impossible by yourself to get to any of these amenities, no ramps at all very disappointed with the resort

Barndoors are noisy and seem to lack noise containment otherwise…. Perfect!
Smoking should be allowed on room patio with firm reminder to keep door Closed! Your placement of ashtray containers is very respectful and considerate

Berlin resort has everything you need, from fire pits, to free amish breakfast, best hotel workout facilities i ever seen, fish pond, 24 hr coffee, whirlpool tub rooms, indoor pool with hot tub, sauna, steam, and cold plunge! Kids area with play set and a little area to practice your golf par, also plenty of hiking trails and well lit at night. Can't ask for a better resort.

We had a wonderful stay at Berlin Resort! The property is beautiful, peaceful, and very well maintained. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and perfect for a relaxing getaway. The staff was friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived.
We especially enjoyed the serene surroundings and the little touches that made the stay memorable. It’s a perfect spot for both relaxation and family time, and we would definitely love to return in the future. Highly recommend Berlin Resort if you’re visiting Ohio’s Amish Country!

Beautiful place to stay. So charming. Friendly, helpful staff. My husband and I truly enjoyed our stay. The Gazebo, the waterfall, the little village for kids, and especially the peaceful, small scale church. The quiet walkway so serene. What a nice gesture to provide as part of our stay. Thank- you!
