I was quite happy with my purchase until I read the labels. They use potassium bromide in their bread, which is a carcinogen outlawed in all of Canada and the UK as well as California. There are substitutes, Kauffman just takes the lazy and cheap route. You are better off with Wonder

A small bakery shop that was very busy and short staffed. Clean and well organized. We bought fresh bread and cookies. They had a selection of store brand preserves and such.

It's still a nice place to stop for fresh baked goods. Prices have gone up, from what I remember, but it's not an everyday stop, so it's not bad.
