Well first I hate leaving a negative review but sometimes you have to. I would actually give another 1\\2 star to make it 3.5. Okay 1st. the truck delivering the shed could not get it off the truck because of the weight, did finally get Lowes to deliver so it was late by 2 days. Might want to check on the persons property to make sure it will be an easy delivery, our driveway goes uphill. 2nd. I hired a professional to do this job, he built movie sets for 40 years in Hollywood so I figured he was the guy to hire. Now he even was scratching his head on areas of this shed stating there was a picture and like one sentence. Some pieces not marked. I watched him throughout the whole process and he was extremely particular on how things came together. One corner did not fit right at all, big gap and the right side door is warped and won't close. Overall it went together but there was a battle almost the whole way. Instructions were for a different smaller shed not the 10x16.

BUYER BEWARE !!! Do not order from them online. Their website states 2-4 weeks, but there are several complaints of them either delaying orders for months and not telling anyone. Or the consumer having to hunt them down and demand answers.
I purchased on 8/1/24, today is 9/19/24 and finally given a full refund after I told them I was filing a complaint with the attorney general for fraud. After a little digging into the company name this happens fairly often, and the kits aren't even solid wood. They're 60% particle board, which is so sad. I grew up in ohio and used to go to Sugarcreek and Amish country all the time.
This is not the attitude, customer service, or quality of work of an authentic Amish business. This company is a disgrace to the Amish community and to the people of OHIO.

I had a problem with the delivery process involving Lowe's. After calling and talking to Little Cottage Sheds directly, they cleared up the problem. Everyone there was professional, greatly helpful, and easy to work with. It was great to work with such intelligent individuals. The shed is aquality product.

We purchased a shed kit thinking it would be easier and faster than building it from scratch. This kit had missing pieces that they refused to send us replacement parts. The cuts were all off and we had to add 2 x 4’s to make the shed stable. I would never recommend this company to anyone. It was poorly designed and substandard materials. We wish we could have just bought the materials and built it from scratch. It’s cheaper and better built than this POS. Very disappointed! ☹️

10×16 Took 2 days I'm so happy to have the done & built, I've had the thing sitting under my car port for about 2&half years... the only problem was that the kit was missing half of the trim but it's all good I had help & Improvised...

I purchased the 8x8 green house. From the start the experience was extremely poor. First it arrived via FedEx freight on a pallet that weighed 1600 lbs. the driver told us they are not allowed to unload it and we needed to do it ourselves. We had 3 people struggle in the Texas heat unpacking the pallet piece by piece and it took over an hour it get it off the truck. The driver advised us that we'd get a bill from FedEx due to the delay in getting it off the truck and it would be expensive. Immediately we saw that that there were several pieces that were damaged; particle board and several split wood pieces. The quality for the price is subpar and all the pieces are the lowest quality. The assembly is extremely misleading. This is not an east DIY assembly unless you have carpentry experience. It is also not a day project. I had to hire 2 individuals that are experienced in home remolding and it took them 2 full days to assemble. The wall panels weigh at least 350 lbs each so needless to say, they were very difficult to manage.The pictures show a very pretty painted version but what you get is an ugly tan version with particle board on the exterior window trim and non-treated cheap lumber. It will take you hours to prime, paint and waterproof. This product is definitely NOT worth the price. I regret not buying a shed locally and just putting windows in it.
