I was in there getting a door dash, and as soon as I grabbed the food, all I could hear was the f bombs being thrown around. I understand this is fast food service, however, their customer service and atmosphere needs some work. Today is March 21 at 9:40am the manager was ok with these employees talking like this. As a customer I was shocked. It’s not a welcoming atmosphere. I use to like going to this McDonald’s until they brought in these new workers from other McDonald’sKid-friendliness: Definitely not kid friendly. There are parents who don’t want their children to hear certain words. Well if you go to this McDonald’s be prepared for profanity. I ended up going back 5 minutes late for another delivery, and when I walked in, there was 2 grandmothers there with their grandkids, I hope they didn’t experience the language as they opened the doors.

Weirton wva, McDonald's, is right down nasty,most workers look like junkys,serves is super bad.and they want more money,they need to earn what they get now.so y'all skip that place unless ur super hungry.

This place seriously needs shut down. I just went through the drive thru and nobody takes your order. Employee's standing inside on cell phones won't even acknowledge your there. No customers in sight. I get it you don't want business but shut your sign off, put up a note or do something that says "we are just wanting to collect a paycheck and are trying our best to not earn it". This is not the first time this has happened.

Cold nasty fries and look they didn't even fill up the container yet they charged me for a large. I called in and they said thanks for letting them know but they didn't offer a credit of any kind. Good thing is wendys is right across the road.They also gave me faygo instead of orange Hi-C.

Previously, I've had satisfactory experiences with both service and food at this establishment. However, during my most recent visit, I encountered a situation that left me feeling undervalued as a customer. Upon entering a nearly empty dining room, I was directed to use a kiosk for ordering. This, coupled with a sense of being overlooked by the staff, prompted me to choose an alternative dining option where personal service is more apparent (and for about the same price).In today's digital age, while automated services offer convenience, there are times when a simple human interaction makes a significant difference, especially in a town with limited evening activities. I believe enhancing customer engagement and offering a more personal touch could greatly improve the dining experience. I hope my feedback is helpful for future improvements.

We stopped in on 1/6/24 around 6:30pm. The gentleman working the first window could not have been more pleasant. Extremely nice and efficient. Need more like him!

One of the WORST Places to EAT! The SERVICE IS ABSOLUTELY A DISGRACE TO A FOOD SERVICE ESTABLISHMENT. I WONT RECOMMEND MCDONALD'S TO ANYONE EVER! WAITED 15MINS 38 SECS. AND THEN TO BE TOLD AGAIN ALWAYS WITHOUT FAIL, NO SHAKES! AND EMPLOYEES ARE RUDE! WENDY'S ALL THE WAY!!!

Everytime I go to millersburg, ohio McDonald's for a #1 ( big Mac meal)I'm always asked to go park off to the side ( Everytime). People behind me get their oder and drive off. It's like AGAIN!? WOW! That's going through the drive threw.

If I could leave 0 stars, I would. We went inside to order and in the front lobby there was a giant bucket catching water from what I assume was a leak in the roof. While placing our order with a nice gentleman, a young girl came up and asked him to clock out. He told her he had a few minutes left but she very curtly told him to clock out now and that was the boss's words, not hers. Then she looked at us and said that he was on her nerves and gave her a migraine today. She then proceeded to finish our order that the other fellow had started. When our food came out, the order was incorrect. When we told the staff about the issues, they had to call in the manager. When we told her about the wrong food order, she told us that she personally didn't do the order wrong. My husband told her it probably wouldn't have happened if they hadn't made the the gentleman cashier clock out while he was making our order and that that was disrespectful and really unprofessional. The manager said that she personally wasn't responsible for the order and that she didn't appreciate being talked down to. She then threw the receipt at my husband and said she didn't have to fix the order. Overall the food was par and the women staff were immature and trashy, at best (although the two men were polite and helpful). Think twice before going here!
