Very neat store with items very different from some of the other stores. A cultural melting pot of inventory. Definitely worth a visit if decorating a home or looking for boutique-like items.

Both girls are very knowledgeable on Rowe
Casa I come in every 2 weeks to get my products I’m not sure why people is complaining because there is clearly signs that says please don’t open products and they have been up for over a month or 2

I always made it a point to stop here every time I visited the Amish country and have bought several things over 2-3 year span from them. I was in with my husband checking out some products and went to smell an item that was sitting on the shelf. The worker instantly snapped at me and scoffed that they “weren’t testers.” I put my stuff that I was going to purchase down and left. I didn’t intend to put the product on or do anymore than smell it. Will not return because lack of customer service and basic kindness.

I drive an hour away to come here at least once every few weeks! While I come for my favorite non toxic products from Rowe Casa Organics, I keep coming back for the amazing customer service! I always feel so welcomed when I go and get so excited for my next trip! If you’re in town, this is a MUST VISIT!!!

The manager, Lisa, is super knowledgeable about the Rowe Casa brand they carry, which is what I was interested in. Bought the lymphatic cream and hormone kit but so excited to try out all the other products. So glad I know of a place like this in town. Plus they carry a variety of items that are perfect for a gift or for treating yourself.

The worst customer service that I have ever experienced. I love visiting Amish country and have purchased several items from this store in the past. This time I brought my teenage daughter and we were enjoying looking around. I picked up a body spray to smell of the scent and the lady with short blonde hair scolded me and said “I’ll have to take that off the shelf now!” I proceeded to tell her that I didn’t even spray it yet and she continued to be very rude. I told my daughter to put the items back on the shelf that we were planning to purchase. I will never again purchase anything from this store!

What a terribly horrific employee I encountered at Amish CoTtOn gOoDs today. Rude elderly Karen made me feel insulted and unnerved after my experience there.

Such a cute shop. I have to stop here on the regular to stock up on my Rowe Casa. They always have the largest, in-stock selection of RC products in the state. My fave are the Hair Spritz, Vitality and the Elderberry. Lisa is so helpful and knowledgeable about the line and is always recommending something new for me to try which I LOVE! They also carry lots of cute locally made souvenir type items that are great for gifts. Definitely stop in and check out this cute little shop on your visit to Amish Country.

Friendly staff. Such a nice variety of small shop options. Also, if you haven't heard of Rowe Casa products, do your life a favor and hear about it. ACG stocks the entire line of Rowe Casa. Will be back.
