I'll split the difference with the other reviewers. The Millersrburg Post Office, truly has a few, employees that do wish to help the customers. Others...not so much.

Our carrier put my envelope out in the weather on the gravel by the garage door instead of on our porch under a roof. It had sat their for 7 days before I finally found it. Inside where Christmas cards that are now ruined due to excessive amounts of rain. Another time she was in our driveway and ran into our trailer with her vehicle. She is rude and unpleasant to deal with. East Holmes bus garage behind us has also verbally complained to us about her when she stop into to drop off packages Berlin Elementary school secretaries have also complained about her as well. She delivers to the adresses on Township Rd 367 Millersburg ohio 44654. Her causing damage to $61.60 worth of Christmas card photos is unexceptable!

Worst post office ever. If you have a package leaving from here they will drive past your house and not get out and deliver it several days in a row. Only one of the days leaving an "animal interference" but I was watching them and there was no animal he was just too lazy to get out of his car. And if you try to call them no one answers the phone. At this point I'm convinced the post office stole my package.

I’m sick and tired of my packages being thrown and just dropped on the concrete. This is the 4th time this has happened. The packages are always delivered late or not at all. I’m also tired of being made to feel like I’ve always gotta rush in the post office. Literally the 3 times I’ve been in you can tell they hate their job and they make it very known with how they deal with the public.

Do you enjoy being made to feel like you are a giant inconvenience when you stop into the post office and ask for help locating a package that seems to be stuck in transit? Do you enjoy having your packages thrown from a moving vehicle into the middle of your driveway or wherever they might land during a rain storm so your package is destroyed by the time you get to it? Do you enjoy having post office employees straight up lie to you about what they are going to do to make sure you receive your package? Well then this is the post office for you!

This office is a absolutely joke. Not worth any stars but I had to give one so I could post my review. Always holding packages and never delivering my mail. Especially on Saturday. Just close it and get it over with so some other post office can take care of us.

After living 43 years at the same location, the post office has decided to make all of us on this route have to come to the office to pick up packages. What smart person there thinks it is a good idea to make old and retired people come in during a pandemic? Shameful! The point of ordering online is to avoid this. Postal *SERVICE*, I think not.[UPDATE] Informed on 1/22 that packages will NEVER be delivered again. I guess we will have to move to get proper mail service.

This mail lady has been being rude to me and my grandma mean moving us and be really rude and slow I live on Hebron st and she all giving us dirty looks r flipping us the bird she need to be fired not varry happy at all????????

Worst post office the employees are always rude like I’ve had questions concerning a package and cut me off and told me to have a good day and like today I got my mail and package but the second one hasn’t arrived
