Overall very frustrating visit. First, the location is in a cell service dead zone (perhaps not the travel center's fault), but also just seems like nothing works at this facility. Their shower reservation system is down, they don't allow the redemption of offers in the Pilot app, there's a dozen different coffee urns but only one has any coffee, and there's no hot food available. The staff is polite but basically dismissive of these shortcomings which suggests to me it's a management issue and the staff would like to do better if they were empowered.

Two employees were steering us down after getting off the clock..we were takng a break from driving all day !! How rude you woman were..older lady and about 40ish old..
Very disrespectful..2 hr parking..all reserved spots $18 ..no way flying j ..
Rvers get screwed at these truck stops ,we spend money also.....Bob tail parking mainly up front ..Denny's parking...

Worst flying j ever I'm a commercial driver been driving for 10 years I have parked at this flying tons of times tonight I park there to get some rest and the third shift manager kicks us out gauss they don't need business from commercial drivers anymore they lost out on 800 plus bucks tonight because the drivers that left all where going to get fuel food and what ever else we need will never get anything thier again or will any driver working for me including semi's
Done with pilot flying j because of this one right here I had a load to pick up 19 miles away so I went here one more time I talked to the manager asked her if it was OK to park told her where I was parked she said I was fine I told her about the last time she said she would let him know that I had permission to park where I was at 1 am this morning the same trash Brian rude as hell beating on my commercial vehicle telling me I had to move I explained to him I talked to the manager and she told me it was OK where I was parkered he said he didn't care told me to move anyway I told him flying j was about to lose a lot of business he told me he didn't care just in vans we spend 56 thousand plus a week in just fuel not including semis and straight trucks flying j wants to have managers that don't give a shit well thats fine we don't need to do business with flying j I know 175 thousand to 200 thousand a week in just fuel is know big deal according to the third shift manager I've been doing this for over 10 years and never had a manager not care about costing a company millions a year and not care about what another manager said was OK and flat out told me he didn't care if I said anything because he wouldn't get in trouble shows how much his job has gone to his head i made a video of the parking lot cars and trucks that are parked there over night but thats OK most likely his friends he only kick out commercial vans thats it not the guy in the ford sleeping or the cars out back

There are plenty of free parking spots. Easy on and off from I 70 ext 122 in Kirkersville, Ohio. Staff are pleasant. Bathrooms & showers are kept clean and smelling fresh. They actually have a Dennys that is open and a hot box for those of you that need to grab and go. The lot was actually clean and urine free, and no overflowing garbage cans.

The bathrooms are sooooooo clean!!!! Until you’re a trucker’s wife and are on the road and you’ve visited truck stop after truck stop, you’ll understand why a clean, great smelling restroom means EVERYTHING!
To get there at around 3 or 4 pm and its still so fresh and clean…I love it!

Shower was not even cleaned, hair in toilet and sink. Did not appear to be mopped either. Disgusting.

This is one of the worst flying I’d that I’ve been to. Shower rooms are really small and barely cleaned. The workers are rude and racist. Stay away from this location if you are not white.

This place has absolutely incompetent workers! When buying cigarettes, they cannot scan a New York State driver's license, and therefore refuse to sell cigarettes. In addition, at night after 01:30, when a person is sleeping, a security guard comes and absolutely unreasonably demands to change the parking place... I ask you to check the employees of this pilot who worked on the night from 04/17/25 to 04/18/25 and advise them to do their job honestly and professionally...

Notionally on paper this Flying J had everything we needed, but every pump had issues running our credit card. And the pull through RV station secondary pump didn't work resulting in having to navigate to a different pump. The inside cashiers pre paid my credit card to fill my gas can at a pump that was currently occupied by someone else (even though they looked at the cameras)! This quick stop turned into an hour of shenanigans!
The dump station was straight forward though the water doesn't turn on until April 1st.

Not allowed to rest here over 2 hours even though you fill up and or eat at restaurant, not welcoming. Go 1 mile down the road to next truck stop or another mile to roadside rest.

Stopped here because we have a pick up literally 15 min from here in the morning. So we park our commercial van on the Dennys side in the corner thinking that every other J that we have been to they have allowed us to park in a quiet corner away from other vans and other people to stay somewhat safe (for our safety) (we usually park away anyway for our safety). We go inside with our leftover Olive Garden that we had got for lunch and was wanting to heat up for dinner. My girlfriend/co driver had brought in her Diet Pepsi that we bought at another location. We proceed to get me a couple of Mountain Dews for me to drink with my dinner. Everything good up to this point. I go into the lounge and put our drinks on a table and plug my charger into an outlet to charge my phone. Then this gentlemen comes by and proceeds to ask me if I had bought the drinks that I had sitting beside me. I don't like being accused of stealing stuff when we have the receipts in hand, so I told him that yes they were bought. So this other dude comes by more than once asking if we were truck drivers and if we were out at the fuel island, etc. We told him no that we were commercial drivers driving our van. So he proceeds to tell us that there was no parking on the Dennys side and we are supposed to park near the front with all the other vans (not much parking in the front mind you). My girlfriend said it was fine but I'm NOT OK WITH THIS NEW POLICY, DO BETTER FLYING J !!!!!!!!!!

The girls working here at night didn't write the number on the scale receipt correctly and asked me to get the scale re-scaled and pay again to correct it.
