“I would like to give the staff of the Glouster post office a five-star rating. They do a wonderful job. However, I would like to give the central 800 number (outside of the control of our local office) a negative number if possible. The automated service can’t answer my question yet repeatedly refuses to redirect my call to the local office, so my question will go unanswered until I drive into town. I hate to think of our wonderful local workers bearing the brunt of the frustration from customers who are actually frustrated with this 800 number put into place by the central office”

“I've deliver about 2-3 packages a month and every time I go here I'm always welcomed by a staff worker, who are very helpful and patient with me and all my random questions. They are hardly ever busy so I'm always in and out within 5 minutes or less. They close for an hour everyday between 11:30-12:30. I'm assuming it's for their lunch. It would be nice if they stayed open later maybe one or two evenings during the week. But other than that I have no complaints about the post office. Keep up the good work!”
