Great Rv Park... GPS was giving us false location on the opposite side of the park however once that was corrected... the park was worth while...Safety: No safety concerns however there should be informatioal guides and/or maps to direct visitors to the park especially at gas station within the town....our GPS directed us to the opposite side of the park which it's no entrywayWalkability: Park was spacious and clean...this was our first visit to the park, first travel trailer and road trip

Buddies and I stay here every year when in Ohio to hunt. Perfect location for our properties and to see how much it has changed and improved over the last 5-10 years is incredible. It really is a great place that a lot of people know about, but many don't and they should!

Went camping there a couple times this summer. Usually hard to get a reservation on the weekends except in The area that is grass sites without full hook up. A lot of seasonal campers. Nice trails but beach is nasty with a lot of geese and their excrement.Walkability: Trails are nice with lots of paved roads to walk and bike on

Was there for the Atwood Fall Festival and had a great time! So many crafters! Lots of food, entertainment, bands and a car show, pow-wow, mountain men camp and more! So much to do and see that we couldn’t do it all!

Camping here for the 1st time and are pleasantly surprised! Beautiful RV sites with double wide concrete pads and nice full hookups. Section H is the newer section with quite a few sites by the lake. Very peaceful and quiet.Nearby activities: 30 miles or less from the Amish country, Zoar village, and the Pro Football Hall of Fame!

We love camping here. This has to be one of the cleanest campgrounds in Ohio. One of my favorite things to do is go bicycling. They have great roads that are all paved. I also love looking at the lake, it is beautiful with lots of pontoons and sailboats to watch. There are activities that are planned that gives kids and adults something to do and movies to watch as well. Great inexpensive food at the activity center. Love going there!!!

We camped here with a friend for the weekend as a close to home get away. The park is well laid out with walking paths, hiking trails, bike paths, fishing areas, boat ramps, and beaches. It was quiet even with plenty of kids running around. There are extended stay sites and pets are welcome. Our site wasn't the most level but had plenty enough level space for two tents, a shower tent, and our canopy. We had a great time doing some relaxing, walking with the dogs, and fishing. I would return here to camp close to home.

Changed so much. Very much a camping version of suburbia. Kids were flying around on their bikes and other things, coming way too close to me and my dogs as we walked. Kids were climbing the columns at the bathrooms. Kids were flying around the concrete around and within the bathroom building. There were no camp officers the entire time we were there.I am disappointed at the congestion of campsites, lack of mature trees (used to be. Just completely removed Amazon-style.)Just not the Atwood I grew up going to. Not as beautiful, too landscaped, not as fun. Too concrete, not enough nature.Very disappointed what has been done.

Campsites were on top of each other. Was Christmas in July, we decorated and expected a little more than Santa on a golf cart not even decorated. Fishing was good and lots of places to fish. Very nice beach except you had to use a card, no cash excepted

Great for extended family picnic at the beach. I'm not happy with the swim area changes. The raft and free kids water slide were replaced with a pay-to-play inflatable raft.

Nice clean park with many amenities for any camper or even someone wanting to spend a fun day with the family. Will definitely be back.

Well first I would like to say I hate the way they have redone alot of the camping spots cement pads literally on top of each other taking most of the trees and grass away. ( Literally look up what the word conservative means) if you go to the beach they now have a big blow up area in the water to play on but first you got to pay to do that shouldn't that be Included in your outrageous camping prices? And how can a family on a budget afford to do that?
