Had a box truck broken with no spare and needed this guys help. Dispatch told that they need to check aviability of tire with their tech. It only took them 45 min after I CALLED. Turns out they don't have information about what they have in stock and their "tech" need to drive to a shop in order to find out. Believe it or not "tech" will charge money for driving to their own shop and check . What kind of company can't get inventory list of their product? Especially if you charge $900 flat for "after-hours" call. Unbelievable

Had a blow out on trailer tire. They got me in right away and swapped all tires as requested, friendly staff, also didn't have an issue with me walking up the road to grab lunch at Mingo Diner while they did the work.

Having had a back injury flare up, I am currently unable to bend or move easily. I stopped at Zieglers and they gladly checked my air pressures and inflated my tires to the correct pressure. It was just a matter of a few minutes and I was safely back on the road! That's the kind of customer service that will bring me back to purchase my next tires! Thanks guys!
