I happened upon Ernst Apparel in an effort to support local business and let me say that James and his team have been nothing short of exceptional! From t-shirts for a 5k to a corporate apparel fundraiser, I have been thoroughly impressed by the responsiveness, quality, customer service, and FAST production! James made our group a custom website and hand selected products that fit our brand very well. I’ve worked with numerous apparel companies and EA is truly the best! I would highly recommend EA for all of your apparel needs!

Terrible place. They lose orders then call u to say they have it. Then I go there and they can’t find it.No management to be found. Management must sit at home and collect and let there employees run it. This has happened 2 years in a row now.

Terrible, terrible customer service. We ordered a school shirt for our daughter (last name TOOLEY) and it came with the name spelled wrong on the back (see photo). We were given the name of the owner MIKE HEITKAMP and over the course of 40 days I emailed him a total of 5 times to discuss the issue.He admitted via email that the error occurred. Instead of sending the replacement shirt with the proper spelling of the last name, he said the following:"The fundrasing Store did not offer purple this time around so we checked with them and they said for the replacement we could do it in black since purple was not offered . So you do have the correct shirt. I appoligize if the name was not added to the shirt we will refund this portion to your Credit Card on file."So instead of making good on the order, they sent our daughter a different shirt with no name on the back ... and decided this was sufficient.It's not about getting a refund. it's about getting what we ordered.The absolute lack of customer service and willingness to actually provide their customers with what was ordered is quite unprofessional.The company is not willing to correct errors that they make and it takes months to reach someone via email. I'd avoid using them.

BEWARE ordering off of sport flyers given to coaches . Plced order was told not enough orders so offered to pay shipping .They said it would cost them to much to print items.I had placed 2 seperate orders. Was refunded 1 order and still waiting on my other refund was told wasnt able to put back on my card so they sent a check. Its been a week since then and my daughter and I have not received our refunded and her order was over 100 dollars. Money taken out March 24 still waiting.!!!!

The sweatshirts we ordered were far too small. I contacted the company directly and was forwarded to Larry, who was the rep for our order. I got a “there's nothing we can doâ€, no refunds, size exchanges, or even option to purchase a larger size. So, money wasted. We will be going local going forward, lesson learned.

We are 3 weeks into the school year and orders for our spirit wear were placed over a week before school started and we are still without our orders. Other teams received theirs but for some reason here we are 4 weeks later and we still don't have our items. When I order more than $100 in products that are suppose to be delivered within 2 weeks I would like to receive my order or at least have a notification of why my order is being delayed.
